  Nice hotel I didn't stay in a room. I went there for an event. The event room was nice and a good size room.

  I stopped here for a night as a truck driver. They do not have dedicated truck parking however if you get here early you should be able to park along the back side of the building closest to the highway. The hotel is conveniently located to area shops and food options. I walked over to a place called Atlanta Pizza & Gyro which was excellent. The hotel is obviously a new build property - in fact Google Maps shows that a Krystal Burger is where the hotel is now. So that's why I'm posting this review for other truck drivers out there. The Google Maps satellite images aren't updated as of August 2026. Looking at the satellite it's impossible to tell if you can fit a semi in here or not. But if you know how to drive and you have your tandems all the way up you can definitely squeeze around to the back side. Like I said just get here early because you can only fit two maybe three trucks in here. The only reasons I did not give 5 stars for was due to the front desk staff member being hard to find at times - she was continously hiding in the back office and not present at the front desk for guests. Also because the marketplace was not well stocked. Otherwise the condition, cleanliness, and service of the hotel was at or above standard. Note: There is a $50 incidental hold. This was not explained to me at check in nor did I see any signage to the effect. Mutiple reviews about the hotel cite complaints about an extra $50 charge. IMO as someone who frequents hotels a lot, $50 is a bit steep for an incidental hold for a hotel that's not full service. But ultimately that amount is at the hotel's discretion so they can do as they please with it. Just keep this in mind upon check in that they are taking a $50 deposit from you so you need to have a card on file to cover that.

  Rooms are nice and clean. For the price of the rooms they can at least have complimentary water for guests. I have paid less and received complimentary water, at lest. The breakfast is your regular complimentary hotel breakfast. Compared to Hampton Inn across the highway, they offer complimentary water, lemonade, fruit, and cookies to their guests all day long, not just during breakfast. The rooms are just as nice and their prices are cheaper.

  Storm was absolutely amazing me and my family flew in from Detroit Michigan , a storm the front desk all star. Made are stay phenomenal, she was very accommodating, had an amazing service spirit and made us feel like we picked the best hotel in the area. I was pleasantly impressed by her ability to multitask help us, also help other check in at a real heavy traffic time. She displayed great management skills and in fact even went up and checked on a particular room for us herself. That type of customer service is always appreciated and she was calm under very inviting and helpful with are transition into this new state. Thank You my check in was July 16-19 thank you and I hope she continues to service this community

  Greatest Holiday Inn Express I have ever been to. The GM Shannon is the bomb. She knows how to run a hotel and really take care of the guest. Very professional and has her team trained down to the tea of all procedures and policy. I will be recommending this hotel to all my family and friends. I don't mind driving the extra 30 minutes for this top tier customer service!
