  Stayed in this hotel for 11 months for work. The staff is VERY helpful and friendly. They offer two free drinks per guest per night on M,T,W, with their complimentary bar food snacks that I made a meal out of almost every time they were available... Which was every M,T,W. Complimentary breakfast every morning like eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, coffee, potatoes, hash browns, chicken fingers, yogurt, grits, cottage cheese, waffles, toast, bagels, pastries, etc. Infinite hot water, strong water pressure, bath tub. Cook top, full fridge, dish washer, microwave, coffee pot. Pool.

  First I want to say we are frequent patrons of IHG all over. This stay had a lot of issues. We have repeatedly been trying to get a manager with no success all weekend. As I am writing this, we are checking out and sitting in the lobby waiting on the manager who is "busy on the phone". In our room: The hot water would only get lukewarm. We told the front desk and were told to run the water until it would get warm. It didn't. Talked with the front desk again and was told maintenance said there was nothing they could do. The girl at the front desk said several guests were complaining about no hot water in their rooms. On the third morning as as we were checking out there was magically hot water! The toilet had no seat, the towel rod holder was ripped out of the wall, the bathroom sink stopper was broken and I had to open the cabinet under the sink and reach up into the sink fixture to pull the level to stopper the sink. Still sitting here waiting on the manager. Twenty minutes now and they are "still on the phone". The elevator landing on the first floor smells like dog urine.The elevator got stuck with a full load of people going up and down but never opening the door. We had to call the front desk to get us out. The first day of our stay the breakfast was cold. Cold instant scrambled eggs...yuck. This is just generally not up to IHG standards. Manager still has us sitting here waiting...30 minutes now. Obviously they are trying to out wait us so we will just leave. After 40 minutes of waiting. I asked the front desk if the manager intended to speak with us and when checked the young lady said the manager had snuck out the back door. Thank you Lora Little, General Manager. Your customer service is recognized.

  My one regret is not taking pictures of the room. It was perfect! We did three days/two nights in a two bedroom/two bathroom suite with a full kitchen. I loved it!! The views were great the amenities were just as nice. Very clean room and we had turn down service each day. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast due to time constraints each day. If we ever return to Columbus, GA we are absolutely staying here.

  We had a wonderful stay at this Staybridge! We were here for my daughters turning green ceremony and stayed 5 days. The rooms were clean, the hotel itself was clean and smelled nice, the breakfast options were amazing, perfectly located in the good part of town, and the staff, THE STAFF is top notch! I can't say enough good about staying here! I already have reservations for October for her graduation. Highly recommend!

  Very friendly staff rooms are very nice my room had a kitchen...they serve breakfast from 6 till 10 ever morning rooms are very clean and also there is an AMC right across the street and plenty of food options around you
