  As my husband and I spend our last night in this establishment, I wanted to raise a few concerns. However, let me open with the fact that upon arrival everyone was polite, professional and accommodating. When I asked for extra towels, we received them - even though we had to fetch them ourselves. No matter. Then it went down from there. Last night when we returned from a long day with the kids, two guests were sitting directly next to the main entrance. I exclaimed that I'm severely allergic to smoke. The men started to move away from the entrance, but as I approached, one of the men returned to stand in front of the door. I had a severe asthma attack and barely made it into the lobby and collapsed. The desk attendant did absolutely nothing to assist me. She did not ask if I was okay or if I needed assistance. My granddaughter provided aid and helped me retrieve my inhaler. I complained about the 2 men smoking in front of the entrance and the employed started that they were in the designated smoking area. That's illegal. Under the Georgia Smokefree Air Act (and Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 511-3-7-.08), smoking is strictly banned inside enclosed public spaces and hotel common areas. For the exterior, the law permits property owners to designate outdoor smoking spaces provided the smoking area and any provided ashtrays must be located far enough from any entrance, exit, window, vent, or air intake system to ensure smoke does not drift inside. Right next to the front door is not permissible under state law. This evening when we returned to out room, we noted that all used towels were removed and trash taken out..... Thank you for that, but NO TOWELS WERE PUT BACK IN THEIR PLACE. No, hand towels, no face cloths, no bath towels, no bath mat. Again, we had to fetch towels. This was frustrating. I decided that I might want a cup of coffee as there's a coffee maker in the room. No coffee pods and no water, no coffee condiments (cream, sugar, stir sticks). This is unacceptable. For what I pay, I expect a modicum of service!!! I expect some level of care.

  The rooms are clean enough and a great location but the beds are hard as a wood board and the AC is so loud when it turns on and off. Thankfully it was a cool evening, we just went ahead and turned off the loud ac unit.

  We were visiting our son @ Fort Benning. We checked in late around 9 pm. The lady at the service desk Mrs Leven was so amazing going out of her way to make everything so nice. She even told us that when our doordash driver that was going to drop off our food she would call the room for us so we didn't have to come back down until it showed up. Thank you a great place to stay for anyone and army families

  Friendly staff. Dog area is a great idea, not much room though.
