- CWcharles wallerApr 26, 20261.0First , I have mild asthma, people were smoking excessively in the non smoking rooms on the first floor both nights that we stayed there and the rooms smelled terribly. The last night I went to the front counter to mention it to the front desk attendant and her response was, what do you want me to do? I can't call every room to tell them to stop smoking! I am a minimum wage employee, the manager will be here on Monday. End of conversation. It is an extended stay hotel and in our societal situation, I understand not being confrontational with people, but something should have been done. Definitely not coming back.

- RKRose KeithApr 7, 20262.0This is a very old school kind of hotel. They don't allow charging of purchases from their cupboard to the room. The front desk lady adamantly told us that we can't charge to our room yet we have a card on file. I'm a diamond elite member. I was hoping to use reward dollars to pay for my cupboard stuff. How are they even an IHG member if they don't allow such a simple option of charging to the room? Charges even show up on the app cause they charged me for my dog to stay real quick, but I still had to pay separately for the cupboard. This hotel could use a renovation. Like update your system to modern times to allow charging to a room like a normal hotel.
