- BTBarrett Toupstoday5.0A guest needs to ask 3 things. Is the bed comfortable? Is comfortable fresh air circulating through the room? Is the water sufficiently hot and pressurized? For this property, the answer is a resounding "Yes!" Really, you want to downgrade a hotel's rating because of the breakfast? Only the shallowest of jerks would give a bad rating because of breakfast. Give me a break.

The marketing sales manager was exceptional and ensured the meeting room and food were great. The staff was professional and displayed great customer service from the front desk to the catering team. My guests had a wonderful time.

Right next to MARTA to just a few stops to Downtown which made it very convenient for Dragon Con. And of course, near airport with a shuttle. But the best part was how nice the staff was, especially at breakfast (if you’re lucky they’ll serve breakfast à la carte, and the breakfast potatoes are AMAZING when served fresh, as opposed to the buffet, which is still really good). But the staff! The staff were so nice. Whoever y’all had during dragon con 2026, do NOT lose those folks! I looked forward to seeing their friendly faces every morning. I better see them when we come back next year! 😂🥰 Will def stay here again!

My room was clean, the shower was big and had great water pressure, the bed was comfy, and all the staff I interacted with were just lovely people. The location is perfect, too, if you prefer to get from the airport to the city via public transit. The hotel is very quiet despite its proximity to the airport. And yes some of the furniture in my room was a bit dinged, but I wouldn’t have really noticed if other reviews didn’t call it out. That’s nowhere near as important to me as everything else. If my trip I took becomes a yearly ritual, I’ll definitely stay here again.
