- HTHaley TMay 7, 20265.0After missing our connecting flight we were sent to this hotel to stay until we could fly out the next day. We were greeted by a man behind the front desk who was friendly. There were renovations being done but that didn’t bother us. Although the hotel rooms are outdated and the AC didn’t work the greatest, the beds were extremely comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the lady working in the lobby/bar area was extremely sweet. Overall it was a good stay with excellent service .

Room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Also being very close to the airport with shuttle service is a huge plus. Thank you Brad and staff for helping us out in a bind, your kindness was much appreciated.

If you want reliable quick train access to the airport/city, and actual food options nearby within walking distance, this is basically your only choice south of downtown. It's in good condition with great rates and the area neighborhood is perfectly nice, no sketch. No problems, great value, sensible location. It's possible I'm not very sensitive to the noise personally, but I never noticed any jet sounds from inside my room.

He was incredibly accommodating, calm, and helpful while assisting a large number of unexpected guests. What we appreciated most was his leadership with empathy. He handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and genuine care, which made a difficult travel experience feel much more manageable. It was clear he was doing everything he could to support guests and help everyone get settled. We are very grateful for Evan and the way he showed up during a challenging moment. His kindness and leadership made a real difference.
