    Hopia killed it! There were at least 50 people in the lobby when we arrived and another 30 behind us. She kept her cool and was so level headed and professional despite the irate customers. Way to go! Give that girl a raise!

    James needs a raise!!!!!!! They left this poor patient and kind man to run the front desk all ALONE. He was bombarded by a bunch of grumpy and entitled airport passengers with canceled flights. He handled them with kindness and grace. He is the only thing at this hotel that deserves 5 stars. You should be ashamed Holiday Inn. He deserves a promotion. The check in process took me from 12:30 am until 4am to get a room. It was a last minute act of desperation on my part as my flight was canceled along with mamy others...Hence his influx of customers. Booking.com grossly overbooked this hotel. Holiday Inn should have back up.After all they are an airport hotel. This has to be a common occurrence. No one should have to wait 3 and a half hours to check in to their room! I was only allowed to rest 2hrs before I had to be back at the airport. Unexceptable Holiday Inn. Boooooooo

    Despite the storm and whatever happened out of their control, the team was nothing but nice and friendly. All of the employees had great customer service but specifically Qubilliah at the front desk always went above and beyond and made my family feel welcomed!

    Employees come off cold with force smile. Loved breakfast and breakfast employee on the weekends was veryyy nice. Hallways are very hot. Pool needs to be cleaned out everyday from bugs and etc. But pretty nice pool area. Housekeepers lightly knocks on the door with no words spokenand if you hear them. They just walks in with no apologies. Smh. Area isn't the best. Have to pay for parking pre day. Room was pretty spacious.

    Hotel Courtesy Shuttle seats have more stains than the van has miles on it. Room floors are unclean. Overall staff is nice, fairly priced, and decent stay.
