  From the time I got off the airplane after having such a stressful time at the airport in the lines just to pick up my rental car I arrive at the Hotel I was immediately greeted with wonderful customer service welcoming. It didn’t take long to get me my car to get to my room. Customer service is absolutely amazing. Zee is The Guy to ask for , he is Awsome.

  I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, there was no hot water, the elevator was out of service, and the AC was not working properly. These issues created a major inconvenience and made the stay extremely uncomfortable. What was most frustrating was the lack of concern from the staff. Not only was there no effort made to compensate for the inconveniences, but the customer service was also unprofessional and unfriendly. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but communication, hospitality, and problem-solving go a long way, and those were lacking here. Overall, I did not feel valued as a guest and would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

  This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this location. Was there for 4 days. Had to call and ask them to change our room because we didn’t have enough towels and no sheets for the pull out sofa. We were told to be out of the rooms by 1pm to ensure they were cleaned. Back by 5 and it wasn’t done had to call and request that please come. Once they came to the room, they didn’t change the sheets bring more cups or coffee.

  Shooting straight: this was a last minute reservation due to airplane issues. Check-in was fine, elevator doesn’t work, get to room. No blinds on the window, just some thin, 100% see-through veil stapled to the wall with a parking lot light beaming in at me. Trash still in the cans, several towels strewn across the room unsure if clean or dirty, TV doesn’t work, shower has no curtain for some reason. Like they are still in the middle of rebuilding this room or something, or half cleaned it. Granted I’m traveling on military dime, the price point was high for the conditions I was given. Somewhere between $160-170 for this is a wild sell. Although it would appear based on other reviews that my experience may be a fluke
