    !!! I NEED PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW SERIOUS THIS WAS!!! If you have ANY HESITATION , any at all whether to book here or not...FOLLOW YOUR INSTINCT AND DON'T! I can not stress this enough. IF YOU ARE A BLACK OR BROWN PERSON, A WOMAN OR ANY PERSON THAT would fear: At approximately 2:00 A.M., THREE MEN came to our hotel room door at Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport College Park because of what is believed to be hotel-side negligence & and what we believe was discrimination. THREE MEN. They did not identify themselves in any way, they did not have on badges.This happened at 2:00am. They did not call our room phone. They did not follow a single professional guest safety protocol. No one ever checked security cameras to verify internally that we were the same guests who checked in. No one checked the reservation properly before escalating the situation at our door in the middle of the night. THREE MEN came to our door in the middle of the night, aggressively knocking, making accusations, demanding that we leave the room, threatening us, and creating fear while my husband and I were inside our room. The Security Guard explicitly antagonized the interaction and called my husband the N- Word- on video IN FRONT OF the POLICE. We had a valid reservation. And had been checked in by a woman (who was not present that night) a day before and verified our ID, car info and intention of stay. -Our luggage was still in the room. -Our car was still on the property. -We never turned in our keys. -We never told the front desk we were leaving. -We never gave any indication that we had left our BOOKED RESERVATION early. Yet I was escorted downstairs by POLICE in The Middle of the NIGHT to prove a reservation that was already valid. WOMEN AND SOLO TRAVELERS PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: There was attempted entry at around 2:00 am but because the double lock was on they were not able to gain access. The manager is on record saying that "they couldn't enter because the double lock was on." The only way to know if the double lock is on is if someone attempted to open the door. I was crying, shaking, and in shock for hours. We have video. We have police case information. We have medical documentation of distress. We have reservation proof. And now my husband’s Google review with the video is no longer visible. BUT the video is public and has almost half a million views and counting! This is not just a bad hotel stay. This is SO MUCH BIGGER THAN I CAN put into words -This is about guest safety, accountability, discrimination, intimidation, and the fact that THREE MEN & police were at our hotel room door at 2:00 A.M. over a mistake that was not ours. Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport College Park and IHG need to take this seriously.

    This location was perfect for catching an early-morning flight from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a plus. My family enjoyed the freshly made pancakes and the warm cinnamon rolls. Our room did not have carpet, which we loved, especially with allergies. Love this new flooring. We will definitely use this hotel when returning to Atlanta area.

    Gomez at the front desk was a real advocate and was a great asset to the company. Pool had great views of planes taking off that’s worth the view! Hot breakfast every day was decent. Only complaint is the kitchen staff are very aggressive about closing up breakfast at 930 sharp and even come early. They should change their pattern and wait til 945 if they have tons of guests trying to serve themselves.

    Yo iba a pedir el wifi del hotel y a comprar algo unas 3 aguas y 1 Pringles y le pedí el wifi al recepcionista y abusando de mi inocencia me dijo que le diera mi teléfono y yo se lo di después me puso una reseña muy mentirosa por qué el recepcionista fue muy grosero cuando le dijimos lo de la reseña Y las 3 aguas y las Pringles nos la dió gratis pero cuando le fuimos a decir lo de la reseña nos fue a alegar y nos las cobro bueno después la recepcionista mujer que fue muy buena onda 10/10 pero el recepcionistas fue grosero, ese evento fue muy desagradable, nosostros confiábamos en el y nos demostró de que no hay que confiar en extraños. Eso fue todo pero se sintió muy feo.

    I Had An Amazing Experience During My Stay, Thanks To The Outstanding Service Provided By Zeeshan And Denzila At The Front Desk. From The Moment I Arrived, They Were Professional, Friendly, And Extremely Helpful. They Went Above And Beyond To Make Sure My Check-In Process Was Smooth And That All Of My Questions Were Answered. Their Positive Attitudes, Attention To Detail, And Commitment To Excellent Customer Service Truly Made Me Feel Welcome. It’s Rare To Encounter Team Members Who Genuinely Care About Guests The Way Zeeshan And Denzila Do. They Represent The Hotel Exceptionally Well And Are A True Asset To The Organization. Thank You Both For Making My Stay So Enjoyable. I Highly Recommend This Hotel Because Of The Outstanding Hospitality You Provided!
