  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed here with my kids while traveling, and we had a great experience. I felt safe throughout our stay, which was very important to me as a parent. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I was also able to book a room immediately without any issues, which made a stressful travel day much easier. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was smooth. I almost didn’t book this hotel because of some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I decided to see for myself. My experience was completely different. Everything was just fine, and I would encourage others not to let a few bad reviews keep them from staying here. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families looking for a clean, safe, and convenient place to stay.

  I stayed here for a last minute work trip and loved how large and clean the rooms were, plus the staff is so kind and friendly. Jevene made sure all of my accommodations were excellent and while some rooms are being renovated I was still able to enjoy the gym and several others were at the pool. With the Leo behind the hotel it was a perfect after dinner walk around a neighborhood. I'm looking forward to my next stay!

  Under construction, but that wasn't a bother. The thing the ewww me was the fruit flys in my juice! Poured a small cup and 5 were in the tube so in my cup. Get a hold of the problem.

  This is a very newly renovated IHG property. So new, there’s still construction going on on the 1st floor. My room (436) was very clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I must add that I spend a lot of time in my hotel room completing my reports and the lighting is perfect!It helped a lot that the kind gentleman at the front desk ( Jevine ) was a true professional who obviously loves what he does! He was fantastic! I also met Samantha, the Front Desk Manager, who was very pleasant and accommodating! Thank you for making my stay a fantastic experience! I’ll definitely be back!

  Very frequent work traveler. Service was great, check in was fast. Plenty of parking. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hot water and pressure in the shower was one of the best. Breakfast looked good. If I’m back in the area would definitely come back. One cool thing I’ve never seen before anywhere else. It drives me crazy when I want to plug in my Roku and the tvs are flush mounted on the wall it’s hard to get to the port. Here, below the tv is a wall mounted HDMI port for the tv for the easiest access. Idk whose idea this was but it seriously would be wonderful to be a standard across the brand!
