- SMSANDRA MAYORGAJul 19, 20261.0This was the worst experience ever. I checked in at 3pm and I only grabbed my key and left. When I came back I went to my room and the room was already assigned to someone. I went back to the front desk and they gave me another key to another room, the second room they gave me was not clean at all beds not even made. The next day I came downstairs at 9am to eat breakfast and there was no food out anymore I asked the front desk if they were going to bring more out and she was so rude and told me no because breakfast ended at 10 and they don’t need to bring anything else out anymore and they don’t have a breakfast person either. The front desk person was with another lady and when I walked away they started laughing. I always stay at these hotels and I have never had this kind of experience before. Will not recommend this location to anyone.

It’s convenient to a variety of restaurants and stores. The morning and evening staff, Jamar and Brittney, are both exceptional! They were friendly and helpful.
