  First time staying here and was not disappointed. Friendly staff, clean room and super high water pressure. Breakfast was your normal hotel Breakfast. Love the coffee machine that grinds the beans. Ice buckets are located right next to the ice machine near the elevators on 1st floor.

  The location was just okay, not much food options on this particular exit except for a few fast food places. As soon as we walked in the room I noticed it was very stuffy, I figured we just needed to turn on the air and let it run for awhile, we left to go to the store and get something to eat and when we came back it still wasnt very cool. The girl working offered to come up and check it out, she explained to us that the air wont work if you aren't in the room because it detects motion and turns off when you aren't in the room moving around, now I have stayed in more hotels than I can count and have never heard such an explanation. So I questioned her about what happens when you are sleeping and aren't up moving around, she then said it detects breathing, again I have never heard this so we decided to stay in the room but by 10:30 that night I couldn't take it anymore so we asked to move which she allowed us to do. From the time we entered the room until the time we moved the temperature only went down maybe 4 degrees. The breakfast was just okay, not many choices, I did think the bacon bits offered were a really strange choice along side the scrambled eggs, actual bacon or sausage would've been way better. The coffee however was very good, the beans are at the top and ground for each cup

  Better than average for an Interstate Exit hotel. Clean, new, quiet and safe. Easy check in and helpful staff. No frills but no complaints.

  Everything is pretty good for a 3 star hotel. My main issue is that I've had room service throw away my whoop fitness battery twice and I've had to buy new ones. Not sure if it's cause they look like plastic, but everytime the room gets cleaned, they seem to go missing.

  Worst hotel EVER! Put us in room 103 next to the maintenance room that the staff knew (but didn’t tell us) that has an obnoxious reoccurring noise from the water system on the other side of the wall behind the tv. Staff didn’t provide any other options for another room after making more than one request from more than one staff person at the front desk. Was told „the staff member that checked us in should have told us about the noise“ and that „there’s no one to clean the room to re-rent it for the night“ so there was nothing they could do, even though they had vacancies. Paid and left then paid & walked to the hotel next door and stayed a quiet room with better customer service
