  We stayed 4 nights here and loved it. Friendly, helpful staff, very clean, quiet, great breakfast, a wonderful stay. If we return we will definitely stay here again.

  This hotel charged an incidentals fee of 150.00 to my credit card because we booked with a third party (Expedia). After 10 business days, the 150.00 fee is still pending on my credit card. Charging a 150.00 fee for incidentals is absurd and the fact that it is still pending on my credit card is ridiculous.

  Location was amazing. Room was incredibly clean. Entire hotel was pretty clean. Front desk guy when we arrived was super friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn’t give a whole 5 stars is because front desk guy when we left was a bit of a jerk. Never, ever in all my life of reserving rooms have I ever had a front desk staff have housekeeping come to my room right at check out time to tell me I have 10 minutes to get out or would be charged another night. When I called and asked, as a gold elite member if I could have a late check out, he said I needed to have that prearranged and would give me no more than 30 minutes although this was a Tuesday and the hotel was EMPTY. Hotels usually give customers some grace at check out and we were ready to head out just collecting our things it’s not like we were going to stay longer than those 10-15 min but to have housekeeping knock on our door and essentially threaten us on behalf of front desk to be charged another night for beyond 10 extra minutes was beyond me.
