  We arrived at 2:10 PM at the Holiday Inn and said that checkin was at 3PM and there were no rooms ready yet. There weren't any cars in the parking lot. I asked him, you will have all the rooms ready in 50 minutes and his response was check in was3 o'clock since they were sold out yesterday! We live in the Orlando area and drove straight through, so we were very tired. I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and found him very unaccommodating this time. We already had our belongings on the cart and ready to bring in for our three day stay. Two weeks ago it was a five day stay and prior to that it was a four day stay for business. We put everything back in the car and left. After this visit we will never stay at another Holiday Inn again. This is the poorest service I ever received. You can't tell me there wasn't one room available at 2:10.

  Hotel is very new, modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I stayed 2 nights and it was so peaceful I wish I could've stayed more!

  Fuzz was awesome!!! Great customer service, location is perfect and the room was very comfortable. This is a great spot for a night or 2.

  This has been a miserable experience. The Wi-Fi takes 11 hours to download 5 GB I was also forced to go through a lengthy signup process and which I tried to re-access to pay a premium for faster download if it was available, but my biometrics entered all the information correctly for me and it was declined as incorrect. They said I could do my laundry here. They would give me quarters for the machine but I must have cash in a day and age where cash is not accepted most places and I don't carry cash so I'm walking my dirty laundry back upstairs. I guess I'll watch this tiny TV from 1995. Yeah it's an old LG. It has none of the high definition properties and it's at least 40 in so viewing it from your bed is like watching the Stars in the sky. So I can't download. Can't do my laundry. Can't see the TV and I paid a premium for this. Maybe Dodge this one? I've stayed in a lot of Holiday inn expresses and this does not meet the standards at all. If you're just looking for a place to leave your suitcases and explore the area, maybe you'll be just fine with all of these features, not at your disposal. For me I paid three times the amount because I didn't want to not have these three particular things and I'm just screwed. There is a Hilton across the street. I recommend you go there instead.
