  The mattresses are noisy springs from the 70's. The wake up call consists of an attendant knocking on your door (if he is awake which mine was not). Breakfast is yogart and Sunny D. Shower held together with tape. You get what you pay for.

  STAY AWAY. Currently filing a lawsuit against this place because they stole over $250 dollars from me. I had to cancel my reservation for 4 nights upon arrival because I had my dog even though they ADVERTISE as pet friendly. Then the guy tried to tell me there is a $40 dollar surcharge plus $20 each night. I sent the cancel request through booking.com and I was slated to get $192 of my $250 back. The hotel never approved it after booking.com sent it in and just kept my room booked so I didn’t get any refund back at all. Highway robbery.

  We booked a pet room at this hotel because we always stay at Best Westerns. This was the most disgusting place. The room smelled so bad. The linens on the bed were all stained; the towels were not even white; they were yellow. The bathtub had a black ring around it. The vinyl flooring was torn and missing. The walls were all dirty, and the internet/cable connection was hanging out of the wall. The a/c unit was filthy, and the overstuffed car had pink goo all down its side. The deadbolt lock was broken, and part of it was missing. If we had not traveled for over 9 hours and weren't so tired, we would have left. In fact, my husband asked me at 1:30 A.M. if I wanted to leave. I didn't sleep much at all. There was no way we were going to shower in that tub. The toilet was loose and not bolted to the floor. The next morning, we checked out around 5:45. When I spoke to the clerk about the room and its condition, he apologized and said he would report it to management. I told him it appeared that someone had been living in that room with a pet for a long time. He didn't deny that, but said that in the prior two weeks, only people had been staying 2 or 3 nights. They charge a $20.00 pet fee, but they don't wash the floors or disinfect anything. I see now, by all the bad reviews, the management just provides lip service and doesn't address any of the issues.

  I reserved a room but they wanted a deposit and I didn't have it, so I cancelled, I never checked in or slept in the room, then they charge me for the room, and I called to get a refund and guy wants to investigate it. They take your money whether u stay or not
