This is always my “go to place to stay” anytime I’m staying in Brunswick. The staff is always super friendly. The rooms are always clean. They make the check in and check out process fast and easy. If my man Derick is here, he can point you to all the cool spots in Brunswick and Jekyll Island! This is a very well run hotel. My only tweaks would be: A dark roast coffee option on the new fantastic coffee, machines, and apple juice for breakfast in the mornings. Breakfast bar is always fresh and well kept! The “parrot lady “ keeps the bar fresh, and she is so entertaining. If for no other reason, she’s a reason for getting breakfast in the mornings at this hotel.

I'm a mobile DJ so I travel often. There are only 2 hotels i book across the nation and Holiday Inn express is at the top of my list. That's how comfortable i am. Very clean, no animal hair nor smell. Also, very professional. And always a delight.

The customer service was exceptional! Kimberly, the hotel attendant made sure I was friendly, and she made sure I had a comfortable stay. I look forward to visiting this location in the future.

After a very stressful day and driving 7 1/2 hours, we arrived to discover that the parking lot was full of motorcycles. We went inside and the line had about 20 people in it, and the desk was overwhelmed, and she was a trainee. We had already booked the room and paid for it. But seeing that we wouldn’t be able to even talk to the desk for an hour because of the line, we booked another room in another hotel. It was obvious that we would not get any sleep at this hotel because of all the motorcycles. Yes, thank you sorry After dinner, we went back to the Holiday Inn and requested them to cancel our reservation and refund the $210 they had charged on the account. They were full and the man in front of me wanted a king size room. I told them they could give him mine because I didn’t want it. They wouldn’t refund my money and I left very unsatisfied. Later that night after 11 o’clock I had a ping from my credit card company saying that $35 had been charged to my account at Holiday Inn. I figured there was a mistake and the new person in my room had not been charged, but rather they had put it to my account. When I called them, they told me this was the cancellation fee. I said, but you already charged me for the room. And they said that’s right, the $35 is the cancellation fee. So I said are you kidding me? It cost more to not stay at the hotel than it does to stay at the hotel? He kept telling me that was the cancellation fee and I kept questioning that. I asked him if he thought that was fair. He refused to answer the question. I am totally dissatisfied, and I will never stay at another Holiday Inn.

What I appreciate about Holiday Inn Express is the consistency. I know in advance the layout, services, and room types. The Brunswick location was on par with my expectations. Great service and pleasant employees. They even arranged for one in our party to get breakfast after serving hours were over.
