My wife helped Leticia obtain new clean sheets and even helped change them but then we noticed they also had stains. Then we went to another room but it also had hair and stains. We decided to leave.

The manager is also very rude and Was making horrible assumptions because we were busy and in and out of the room just overall terrible service. I am never staying here again. The breakfast is terrible too. All of the staff have horrible attitude and are very snappy.
