- BCBrack CravenOct 4, 20265.0It's just right for an overnight stay on a long road trip.
- DHDee HOct 1, 20261.0Hostility industry NOT hospitality I called the hotel the day before our arrival at 1:19pm, spoke with Mgr Brittani Goldin who reassured me that my 2 service dogs would be welcomed at their hotel. After a 7+ hour drive we arrived. Checked in, spoke with the young man at the front desk, we had the dogs with us both times - he was well aware we had service dogs. We walked next door to dinner, exactly 4 mins away. Returned from dinner to find the hotel had called the police to escort us out because we had service dogs. The hotel never once called with myself or my husband! They claim they just knocked on our door. This is clearly a case of discrimination. We had to find a new hotel after a long day of driving at 9:00pm! The new hotel we ended up staying at, had a former employee of Holiday Inn Express and she informed us that they have treated other customers like this as well. We were STILL charged for a night's stay - we have asked for a FULL refund AND compensation for this matter, but IHG has not responded yet even though there is a corporate case number. Avoid this establishment and the terrible people working here at all costs!

- PHPam HodgeJul 14, 20264.0Room was on 2nd floor. Quiet. Beds not that comfy, as we have also experienced in others. We sure found our hip bones, knee bones, etc, but overall slept well. Breakfast was great!
- DWDaniel WalkerJul 12, 20264.0It's your typical Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were clean facilities were nice. Well within walking distance of restaurants and grocery store gas stations and a Dollar Tree. Right next door to Zaxby's.
