- LWLeito's Way1 day ago3.0Hotel amenities are good. Housekeeping service laundry, indoor pool, a d breakfast offered. Carpet on hallway and room was dirty. Bathrooms need better maintenance. Front desk staff not friendly at all. Passed by several times during 4 day stay and didn't even acknowledge or anything. Always in the back or looking at computers. Didn't want to accommodate to a room not close to elevator or ice machine, which a person was getting ice at 5 am and all the echo and noise was heard right by the room. Other than a good location close to restaurants and highway I wouldn't stay here again.

Glad I didn’t book because the receptionist didn’t have authorization to process a refund. So they have to call the customer service line. They were very disappointed because it was a two hour drive for them.
- MMMatthew MApr 3, 20265.0Great hotel, clean rooms quiet place. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is a bit repetitive but decent. Only minor complaint with the room is the shower door trim was never siliconed so the floor would end up wet in the bathroom from the frame letting water out.
