  We had stayed at this location a couple of times in the past for 5 nights at a time & it was ok. Our recent stay in Mid July was definitely a different experience. Our AC began making a loud noise at 3:30AM whenever the compressor would engage. We reported it in the morning & they did repair it during the day. However, when I called the hotel around 5PM to find out if it was repaired, no one knew the status. When I asked if someone would check the room to see if it is working, I was told no - that I would have to come back to the hotel & check it myself. There was no "DO Not Disturb" sign on the door. So I had to interrupt my visit with family & drive back to the hotel to step into the room & check the temperature. Also, we did not get housekeeping the 5 days we were there. We use the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door everywhere we stay so that housekeeping doesn't knock on the door at 8AM. We remove it when we leave, typically around 9AM. When we voiced this issue upon departure, we were told that they make rounds at 6AM to determine housekeeping needs & that if a DND sign is on at that time, housekeeping is not scheduled. This should be information conveyed at check in. Remodeling was being done & a work crew was sanding & floating sheetrock just outside the elevator & hallway on the first floor. Sheetrock dust was not being contained & the breakfast room was open to the same hallway. There were 4 employees at the front desk when we departed. We voiced our issues which were answered with blank looks. They have absolutely NO interest in the customer. I will NEVER stay at this location again.Fortunately, there is a new Springhill Inn & Suites next door that I will utilize in the future when visiting family.

  Hotel looks new and clean. Breakfast was a nice touch. Best value ive seen in a hotel in a long time. Would stay here again.

  We had ants on the bedside table and in the bed. They gave us a new room that had sticky counters. It’s a nice hotel but not up to my cleanliness standards for the price

  They’ll Turn The AC Up in your room. Prepare to come to back to a hot room. Room has a motion sensor on AC And they either come in your room and reset or have a remote. Set room every day to 70 and came back to changed settings and a hot room. Very uncomfortable for hours while room cools off.
