Her attention to detail and willingness to make sure we were comfortable really stood out. However, the room itself could definitely use an update or remodel. Everything felt very outdated. The refrigerator barely worked, and when I went to the office, I was told this is an ongoing issue with other rooms as well. The water pressure in the shower was also extremely poor. Additionally, the room had a musty smell when we first arrived, but once we got settled and added some air fresheners, we were able to feel comfortable. We were honestly considering canceling our stay and finding somewhere else with properly working amenities, but Angel was the reason we decided to stay. She was amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Other than the issues with the room itself, we really appreciated Angel being there and making our stay comfortable. We never had to ask for a thing.
