  A decent enough cheap hotel conveniently located easy to access, did not like the fact that you had to order up coffee to your room rather than being able to make it in your room. The beds were unbelievably comfortable with the mattress topper they have. The room was clean. I was able to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast bar downstairs left a little bit to be desired, but I was interested in the coffee and that was more than satisfactory

  There is a very weird vibe and energy at this hotel. The breakfast was disgusting. The biscuits were hard, the gravy was runny and I have no idea what kind of eggs they were but it wasn’t any egg I’ve ever eaten. Although the breakfast lady was very sweet as well as what appeared to be a newer front desk employee, this had to be the WORST HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS i have ever encountered. The lobby was very hot and humid. Of course the pool was out of order the entirety of my stay. My room was not very cool either. It was questionable if the sheets were fresh or not. I’ll never stay here again and I’d suggest that you don’t either.

  Uncomfortable and dirty. Checked into a room with a dirty toilet seat and bathroom sink. Room was at 77 degrees when I walked in and had a bad smell. There were crumbs on the floor and leftover milk in the fridge. Full size closet, but only two hangers. The shower door would not stay closed for the duration of my shower, and the water would not get hot. The bed and pillows were awful, and I tried both because I had a room with two queens. You can not take a single step in that room without it sounding like an earthquake above you to the guests directly below. I was also on the receiving end of this my entire stay. The lady at check in was CHECKED OUT, and possibly high on something, or if not, looked like she hadn't slept in 3 days. Just do not go if you value your comfort and sleep. They need a renovation badly.

  My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the front desk agent (female with purple colored hair) was assisting another guest, and I waited over 20 minutes to check in. Unfortunately, there was no apology for the delay, no explanation of hotel amenities, and no information about breakfast hours. She appeared stressed. The room was also below expectations. There was an unpleasant odor, the fitted sheets were extremely worn, and I found hair on the pillowcase along with other cleanliness issues. Additionally, I was overcharged three times! Overall, the stay did not even meet the basic standards. I also spoke with Kajal Patel at checkout about these issues, who kindly offered some points for the inconveniences. However, I haven’t received any points yet.
