  I had a fantastic experience at this Holiday Inn and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay! Even arriving at 9:40 PM, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome right away. That kind of hospitality goes a long way, especially after a long day of traveling. Our room was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and we slept great! The showers had plenty of hot water, making it easy to relax and recharge for the next day. The fitness center was another highlight. The equipment was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and satisfying, but what really stood out was the hospitality. The woman running breakfast greeted me with a smile without me even having to say anything first. Those small, thoughtful gestures make a big difference and show that someone genuinely cares about the guests' experience. To top it all off, checkout was quick, easy, and hassle-free! From the friendly welcome at night to the smiling face at breakfast, every part of the stay reflected great service and attention to detail. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot showers, a clean gym, a good breakfast, and outstanding hospitality are exactly what you hope for when staying at a hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a positive experience! I'll gladly stay here again and highly recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone looking for a great hotel experience. Keep up the excellent work!

  Chose this over the other Holiday Inn in Grovetown I have stayed at twice because I was traveling alone this time instead of with my family. I figured id save a few dollars for the "Express" experience. That's turned out to be a big mistake. I checked in with Jefferson at the front and he was definitely less than exceptional. I went up to my room and sat my things doen to go get food. When I came back and finished eating, I saw a ROACH crawling on the floor. I immediately wanted to leave but was going to settle for a new room. I called downstairs to Jefferson to ask for a new room and he accommodated, saying I could come down to get my new room keys when I was ready. As I was gathering my belongings, I saw 3 more roaches!!! One went right underneath my door out into the hallway. I knew then that a new room wasn't going to cut it. Id rather sleep in my car than with that many roaches roaming about. I let Jefferson know my decision and he did cancel my reservation free of charge. After getting settled elsewhere, I realized I left something in the fridge at the roach hotel in my haste to leave. I called and asked Jefferson about it and he wasn't much help. The following morning, I called and spoke with a manager who was again, far from exception, ans honestly quite rude. I told her what happened the night before and why I was calling. She said I could come by and get what I left before housekeeping started cleaning rooms. When I arrived, her attitude and demeanor were so irritating. As a manager, she showed no empathy or concern for the fact that I checked in and out within 2 hours during to roaches. Then she took a while to "find" me on the computer. Their lack of shock during the entire situation shows me they are well aware of their guests that are staying for free (the roaches). Definitely would recommend spending the extra $10-20 per night to stay at the Hilton grove town. I have stayed there 3 times now and I havent had a single issue or complaint.

  Felton is the best!! She was able to get me to my room early and helped me with resolving some booking issues. She truly cares and is willing to help you out! She gets a 10/10!

  The thing that made this a horrible stay was the fire alarm went off three different times. The last time was early morning and they left it sounding for at least 20 -30 minutes even after guests had come down to verify there was no problem. I will probably rethink staying at a Holiday Inn Express & Suites from here out . This was ridiculous.
