  We stayed at this hotel for 2 days and thoroughly enjoyed it! Something very nice in the room is that the chair has a lounge feature to it which is very comfortable for people like myself that like to have our feet up! There were three employees that I would like to thank and give a thumbs up to, Chelsea, Andrea, and Kim. I forgot which one did the breakfast bar, but it was so well kept up and excellent. The front desk staff were so friendly and would engage us in conversation. We will definitely be back!

  Did an overnight stop here with my husband as we were heading to Atlanta and needed a break. Thankfully we were able to get a room and it was very clean and comfortable. The lady at check in was great and got everything squared away fairly quickly. Before we checked out, we had some breakfast, I enjoyed the pancake machine! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

  I was a little worried that the reviews would be too good to be true while looking for a stay close to family wedding festivities, but I was delightfully surprised at the warm, incredible service of the staff. So kind, so helpful and friendly and took the time to greet you and ensure you had everything you need! Even the guests were also friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were in great condition. Breakfast options were hearty and delicious, and the all-day automated coffee bar was a regular stop on our way in and out.

  7/16 i checked in and cleaning supplies was left in my room that they gave me which was room 103, i let that go because we are always staying on this hotel got work, and the next day, i woke up at 6:00 went to the lobby to check breakfast and it was all ready and i was about to get my food and this guy came out of the door with arm crossed and said “with a tone” ( BREAKFAST DONT START TILL 6:30 BRO) i did not appreciate that him talking to me that way thumbs down for this one👎🏻

  I booked two rooms at this Holiday Inn—one with a king bed and another with two double beds. Overall, the rooms appeared clean upon arrival, and the pool, spa, and fitness center were nice amenities. The gym was decent, although adding a second treadmill would help since guests may have to wait to use the only one. Unfortunately, our stay had several disappointing issues. During the night, one of my children woke up because something was crawling on her feet and head. She didn’t tell me until the next morning, but she also began itching afterward, which she had not experienced before staying at the hotel. My immediate concern was the possibility of bed bugs or another insect, and I believe the rooms should be thoroughly inspected. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. The pancake machine/warmer was not working, so pancakes were unavailable. In addition, the breakfast staff did not seem welcoming or attentive and gave the impression they were simply waiting for their shift to end. Another issue was the pillows in both rooms. They flattened almost immediately when you laid on them and clearly need to be replaced. For approximately $150 per room, I expected a much better experience. While the hotel has some positives, the concerns with possible insects, poor breakfast experience, and worn-out bedding would make me choose a different hotel next time.
