    The room and bed were comfortable with decent shower amenities etc. But, here are some issues I had. 1. The blackout blinds would not close all the way. 2. It was loud on Monday night with cars blasting music abd the train blowing its whistle a fairly long time. 3. Repair were done in the room while I was out and the workmen did not remove all of the construction dust and drywall crumbs off the floor. 4. If uou are walking to the convention it is rough going a bit due to construction on broad street and derelict places along the way.

    We came in town for a wedding and only stayed one night, however the staff was friendly and the accommodations were relaxing. They have gated parking, since this area has some breakins. We enjoyed a nice hotel breakfast and liked the closeness to the highway.

    The bed was comfortable, the room was okay. I'm not a huge fan of the tile floor but it didn't affect much. Staff was friendly. The area around it isn't great. We saw some unsavory activity on our way in.

    The location of those hotel is not in the best of neighborhoods. Yet my primary complaint is that the vinyl flooring of the room was filthy. I was wearing white socks and when I took them off, they were almost black on the bottom. I then took a wet washcloth to the floor, spread it around with my shoe and it revealed how dirty the floor was. A note to management - please have your housekeeping staff educated on how to use a mop and clean floor floors. I paid for a room expecting it to be clean. This is unacceptable.

    Not a good experience at all. The front desk staff was nice, but the hotel is run down. We weren’t told the gate to the gated lot was broken. The area is not the best, but we felt a little better knowing we were parked in a gated lot. Well… the next morning we found that our window was broken from someone trying to get in. That’s when we found out that gate has been broken for some time. The front desk lady told us that the lot on the other end of the building had a working gate. The hotel took no responsibility, even though they do not take care of their property. Not a recommended spot and I will not be staying there again.
