  We have wanted to visit Italy for years. After many conversations and some loose planning we decided this would be the year. From our first conversation with Cavi, she asked all the right questions and listened intently to understand our vision. Throughout the planning process communication was frequent and we felt well equipped to navigate our trip when it was time to go. Rarely in life do you hype something up in your mind and it exceeds your high expectations when it comes to fruition, but that’s exactly what happened. Every place we stayed, city we visited, and activity we participated in was fantastic. Cavi curated the perfect trip for us. Pasta making in Sorrento, boating around Capri, horseback riding through a vineyard in Pompeii, truffle hunting in Sienna, Vespa rides through Chianti, and a private tour of the Vatican were just a few of the authentic, incredible experiences we had. This was a trip of a lifetime and one that we won’t soon forget. Cavi nailed it and we look forward to the opportunity to work with her again to plan our next adventure!

  We just returned from a great family trip to Scotland! Cavi was amazing! She loves travel and it shows. She works hard to ensure your trip is enjoyable, unique, and seamless. We were late in our planning process and Cavi took care of everything. Her attention to detail was impressive. Why We Live Travel delivered on all aspects. She curated a trip with a diverse group of accommodations, restaurants, and experiences. Each day was a treat with many special touches along the way. It was so great to follow the itinerary without the effort of putting it together. We really enjoyed our trip and were grateful for the time together. I would highly recommend Why We Live Travel. The personal attention you will receive is unmatched!

  Why We Live Travel is wonderful! I just came back from a trip to the Dolomites and Venice that Cavi planned for me, my husband, and another couple. It was an amazing trip, largely because Cavi did a wonderful job of finding out what we enjoy and tailoring our trip accordingly. From a unique place to stay, to 5 star restaurants located in small villages, to specific activities we requested, her research and attention to detail gave us peace of mind. We had prepaid parking when we needed it, maps for our hikes, guides reserved, as well as linked driving directions through the travel app. We referred to her notes and schedule several times a day, which was so helpful to have on the road. I think she saved us hundreds of hours of navigating all the details in getting us ready for our very active adventure through the Dolomites. Thank you Cavi!

  We had an incredible experience working with Why We Live Travel to plan our trip to Crete, Greece. Cavi put together an itinerary that went far beyond the typical tourist attractions and introduced us to hidden gems that even locals were surprised we knew about. One of the highlights of our trip was a private boat day exploring stunning, remote beaches and coves that we never would have found on our own. She also connected us with an amazing local food tour where we tried authentic Cretan dishes we probably never would have ordered ourselves. Every recommendation was thoughtful, personalized, and made us feel like we were experiencing the real Crete instead of just checking off the usual tourist spots. If you're looking for a travel planner who creates unique, authentic experiences and takes the stress out of planning, I can't recommend Why We Live Travel enough!

  We were a group of 4 adults that were planning a 2-week trip to Scotland and Ireland in May. We were familiar with Scotalnd, but we didn't know where to start with planning the best way to see Ireland for 1 week. A friend of mine gave me the number for Caviness at Why We Live Travel. Since we didn't know quite where to start with the logistics of traveling in Ireland, having someone else plan our trip seemed appealing. We spoke with Caviness and gave her a rough outline of things we thought we might want to do. She was open to listening to our needs and also made great suggestions of things we could do. After a few times back and forth via email, texts and Zoom calls, Caviness organized an itinerary which made our trip in Ireland go sooo smoothly. Since we didn't want to drive, she organized personal drivers for us, lodging, restaurant reservations and tours. She was very, down-to earth and made us comfortable with choosing her to put together our itinerary. One thing I was most impressed by was her ability to keep the trip planning organized and how well-informed she kept us. She was easy to contact and very patient with any questions that we had. Weeks before we left for our trip, she gave us our full itinerary as well as a more detailed daily routine. While we were on vacation, Caviness contacted us a few times to touch base and make sure that everything was going smoothly. I can't say enough how much she made the process of traveling so much easier and stress-free. I would highly recommend Why We Live Travel to anyone that is in search of someone to help with travel planning. Kudos and many thanks to Caviness for making our trip memorable. We will definitely be using her again for our travel planning.
