The A/C is motion activated, so we would wake up in the middle of the night sweating, flailing around so the A/C would go back on again. Mind you, this was in August, the hottest month of the year. Never heard of something so completely ridiculous and insane. Who does that? DO NOT STAY HERE.

I had the Chicken Tacos, and my associate had the Steak Tacos. And Majeeda the bartender is excellent as well. Our dinner at the bar was amazing, and I highly recommend! My past couple of stays at this hotel have been excellent.
- SWSabine WahlApr 14, 20261.0Wir kamen nach über 20 Stunden Flug in dem Hotel an und erhielten eine schriftliche Nachricht, dass unser von einem Deutschen Reisebüro im Dezember 25 getätigte Reservierung (die selbstverständluch auch bezahlt war) nicht getätigt werden konnte, weil das Hotel überbucht war. Man gab uns eine TelefonNr von Expedia, unter der wir uns selbst ein Hotel für die Nacht organisieren sollten und bot uns an, die Kosten dafür zu übernehmen. Außerdem sollten wir einen Uber Gutschein über 50 Dollar erhalten. Das haben wir nicht akzeptiert, zumal es bereits 22.00 Uhr und später wurde und keine Lösung in Sicht war. Mike von der Rezeption hängt schon seit 1,5 Std angeblich am Telefon, um eine Lösung zu finden. Aber es tut sich nichts. Mittlerweile ist es 22.30 Uhr und wir haben kein Hotelzimmer für die Nacht. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Bin gespannt, wie die Sache ausgeht und wo wir heute Nacht schlafen. Dieses Hotel jedenfalls können wir absolut nicht empfehlen, obwohl wir keines der Zimmer betreten haben. Ein unmöglicher Zustand!!
