  Where can I start this hotel is very clean rooms are nice, I will give them that !!! However I'm not pleased is to how they have a bed bug problem also the house keeping lady was very rude and act like she couldn't understand a lick of English. Then on top of that their ice machine nor was their soda machine neither working properly. Also they serve regular breakfast which I wasn't expecting I thought it was going to be eggs, bacon, toast , not even a waffle was in site , all they served was just cereal and juice something that you can get from the dollar store!!;;

  This place has cockroaches, prostitutes and no amenities. Sirens can be heard see detail times a day. We had to change rooms twice to get one with a working TV, A/C and a sink that drained. The rooms are barely clean. There were workmen in the room next to ours and we had the sound of drills, hammers and loud voices throughout the day.

  Ok Surestay, lose the Best Western. I stay at Best Western for the breakfast. That was not a breakfast. That was breakfast items available if you feel like not purchasing a hot breakfast. Was it because you were forcing business to McDonalds or the 2 Waffles House outside your area of businesss. The shower drains really slow. Get a plumber to check on it, dont hire relatives. That toilet seat does not stay up cause your installer of the seat was incompetent. I had to hold the seat up with my knee. Fix it. There were no comforters on the bed, just aheets. That ac unit needs updating. 69° and the ac kicks on every now and then. 70° and not a peep. 69° is alittle too cold. 72 is the perfect temp. I also had to program the tv. Why did I do this? No cable at all. Just basic tv. Charge way too much for bare minimum. The only goid thing about this place was LOCATION. 20 mins from Downtown Atlanta, thats it.

  A Nightmare Experience — The Photos Were Misleading I booked a two-night stay through Expedia and paid upfront. Unfortunately, the property looked very different from what I expected based on the photos shown online. Because the reservation was prepaid and non-refundable, I felt locked into staying despite being unhappy with the accommodations. From the moment we arrived, the property felt more like a low-budget motel than the hotel experience I expected. The front desk was separated from guests by heavy plexiglass, which immediately made me question the environment and safety of the property. The room itself was extremely basic. I will give them credit for one thing: the air conditioning worked very well, which is honestly the main reason I am giving this property one star. Unfortunately, there wasn't a proper warm blanket on the bed—only very thin bedding. The room became so cold that we had to rely on our own body heat to stay warm. The hot water was another problem. When we tried to shower, it took approximately 20 minutes for the water to become hot. I called the front desk and was simply told that the water "should get hot." Eventually it did, but having to wait that long for basic hot water was unacceptable. The atmosphere became even more uncomfortable at night. Guests returned late from clubs and were outside being loud, yelling and screaming. Police also showed up during our stay. On one occasion, police activity interfered with access to the parking area while officers were dealing with an incident. Police returned again the following day. I have photos documenting both occasions. Overall, this was not the experience I believed I was purchasing based on the online listing and photos. I strongly believe Expedia should do a better job of reviewing and accurately representing properties offered through its platform, especially when customers are required to pay upfront for reservations that cannot easily be refunded. If you're expecting a traditional hotel experience based on the online photos, I would strongly recommend researching this property carefully before booking. One star — and that star is for the air conditioning.

  DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! 9/5/26 I got to the front desk & did a reservation on my phone , before I hit pay I asked do you have rooms downstairs , the Indian girl said yes . So once I confirmed she brings me my key & says I’m on the second floor & I’m like ? I asked first floor she said sorry I said whatever it’s fine , as I go find my room there’s tons of empty rooms downstairs. & upstairs , I go in my room turn the ac on & gave it about an hour when I realized it’s not cooling so I called the front desk & she said I’ll see if maintenance is here . 30 minutes pass nothing so I go to the front desk & she said maintenance isn’t here & we have NO MORE ROOMS . So I just had to get a refund , I feel like they are just racist & rude with bad service , I rechecked o line & there was rooms open so she was lying but I just let the refund , just go somewhere else
