Noel was incredibly helpful! we did not end up booking a hotel with this inn simply due to the minimum age requirments (must be 21+ for check-in).. Although! She was extremely helpful and stayed on the line for us to find a hotel who would take us! If she goes above and beyond for our particular experience as visitors who wouldn't even be her customers imagine your experience as a resident at this hotel while she's working front desk, hope she gets a raise!
I have stayed here a couple of times, and I will not be staying here anymore. The only reason my rating has any stars at all is because the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The valet service is great, as is the restaurant.
Getting into the hotel is a hassle. Many rooms did not have hot water at all. The TV was not usable aside from a select few channels. The coffee machine in my room did not work. The ice machine on the 5th floor either was not working or ran out of ice.

1000/10 stay was very welcoming and a home away from home!!! The weekend stay here was much cheaper than renting an airbnb. Restaurant on site along with such welcoming staff TRACEY and her staff made sure they took care of every guest in every way possible. Mrs Evelyn has a great staff and beautiful hotel that is very well maintained!!!! What are you waiting for BOOK YOUR RESERVATIONS TODAY!!!!!
We liked this hotel, which was conveniently located for our two day stay. We believe the hotel has been recently renovated and has a charm due to its vintage furnishings as well as a "boutique hotel" vibe. We wanted to give it a 5 star rating. HOWEVER, to be given a room where the bed was missing the night stand on one side is UNACCEPTABLE! We arrived quite late and started unpacking when we realized that on one side of the bed there were no night stand and lamp. We reported the issue to front desk and were offered to change the room. While we appreciated the gesture we explained that we had already unpacked and we wouldn't like to go through the hassle of changing rooms. THIS PROBLEM SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED TO BEGIN WITH. WHEN A HOTEL GIVES A ROOM TO A CUSTOMER THAT ROOM SHOULD BE FULLY FUNCTIONAL. This was a very unpleasant and unexpected situation and we were very upset.
In addition, we had requested a room with a nice view and received one with a roof view
We will report this situation to Wyndham Hotels as well.
We believe that the hotel should give us a discount of at least 25% on our stay.
P.S. The valet, Rasheed, was extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. Good job Rasheed!

Coming from a terrible experience at the Hilton nearby, arriving at the Origin Hotel was an absolute relief. The room was immaculate, very clean, well-maintained, and featured modern amenities (the Nespresso machine was a great touch!). I felt incredibly comfortable and would return without a doubt.
The absolute highlight of the stay was Tracy McCowin. She was incredibly kind and attentive. Even before I arrived, she helped me immensely when I reached out with my limited English to coordinate my arrival. Every day when I came back from exploring the city, she took the time to ask how my day went, if I needed anything, and if I was enjoying Atlanta. 10-star service from her!
The only minor detail: the girl at the front desk in the morning prioritized charging me the early check-in fee rather than showing a welcoming gesture of hospitality, which I assume is just strict corporate policy. Other than that, the quality of the hotel and Tracy's warmth made the stay perfect. Highly recommended!

Viniendo de una mala experiencia en el Hilton de la ciudad, llegar al Origin Hotel fue un alivio total. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, cuidada y con artefactos modernos (¡un gran detalle la cafetera Nespresso!). Me sentí súper a gusto y volvería sin dudarlo.
Lo mejor de la estadía fue, sin duda, Tracy McCowin. Fue increíblemente amable y atenta conmigo. Desde antes de llegar, me ayudó muchísimo cuando me comuniqué con mi poco inglés para coordinar el arribo. Todos los días, al regresar de recorrer la ciudad, se tomaba el tiempo de preguntarme qué tal me había ido, si necesitaba algo y si estaba contento con Atlanta. Un servicio de 10 estrellas por su parte.
El único detalle menor: la chica de la mañana que me hizo el check-in priorizó cobrarme el early check-in antes que tener un gesto de hospitalidad de bienvenida, lo cual asumo que es una política corporativa. Más allá de eso, la calidad del hotel y la calidez de Tracy hicieron que la estadía fuera perfecta. ¡Muy recomendado!
