after the most exhausting day, full of tires being blown and 7 hours added onto an already 13 hr drive, this place was the cherry on the top. well really just Lynette. she is spiteful and ridiculous. would not allow us to stay even tho we were in dyer need due to drowsiness after dealing with so much for the past 17 hours. she was no considerate and after IHG helped us out she then cancelled that reservation because she saw my name. absolutely insane. they need to reevaluate who is on there staff.

I just got back to Baltimore after 5 days and 4 nights in Vinings, and honestly, I did not want to leave.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm faces and genuine energy. My check in was smooth and I was immediately pointed toward great spots to eat nearby. That right there set the tone for the whole stay. This place has a real "home away from home" feel, but with everything you need. There's a snack area, a bar with seating, food available right on-site, and room service if you'd rather stay in. It's that kind of setup where you never really have to leave if you don't want to, but the surrounding area gives you plenty of reasons to explore.
My room was clean, neat and stocked with everything i needed. This hotel is near dozens of places to eat and afterwards you can come back and workout in the gym, swim a few laps or unwind in the jacuzzi.
Now let me talk about the people, because that's what made this stay exceptional. This location is under new management. GM Derek is building something special here. He's heavy on customer service and even heavier on fairness, and his team reflects that. I was literally watching the transformation happen in real time during my stay, and it was impressive to see. The hotel also offers shuttle service, and Derrick himself stepped up to provide it personally and never once made it feel like it was beneath him or outside of his job description. That says everything about the kind of leader he is. Derrick, thank you for the standard you've set, it shows in every interaction.
And then there's Camonte, the assistant manager, since this was my first time in Atlanta, he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. He was helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. That's not something you can train into a person, that's just who he is. Every time I walked back through those doors, I was greeted, asked about my day, and made to feel like I belonged there. That kind of hospitality is rare.
Special shoutout to Aliyah, Aniyah and there was one more lady I neglected to get her name, but we shared a hearty laugh about road trips, thank you all for your kindness and hospitality throughout my stay. You added to what was already a great experience, and it did not go unnoticed.
Overall, this was an awesome experience from start to finish. I will absolutely be back!

Experienced dirty towels and shower upon arrival. The front desk left me on hold for 15 minutes and upon coming downstairs she was getting food from the bar.
Was relocated to a room with a broken thermometer and 81 degree temp.
Elevator inspection certificate is beyond the expiration date.
The food from the onsite restaurant was served with hair.
Internet completely out + property under construction with loud noise, so working remotely was impossible as a business traveler.
Property Manager was unresponsive by email and unavailable by phone to address my concerns.
Very disappointing experience.

Staying here in the summer absolutely sucks. The Air Conditioning can barely keep up and I sweat all night. The beds are pretty comfortable but no need for any of the blankets because your room will not drop below 73. The parking lot doesn’t have much space so if traveling on a busy weekend, good luck. Check-in time states 3PM, we showed up at 3:30PM and had to wait until our room was being cleaned. Not worth the money.

Fantastic place to stay, very friendly staff and the food is amazing, we had the steak and fries for dinner, the steak was one of the better ones I’ve had, being on. The carnivore diet, I eat a lot of steak! The fitness room is great as well! We spent some time around the pool area, it was clean and not crowded.
