- SMSun Moon3 days ago5.0First of all IHG never fails, especially when they have employees such as Cierra, who is the host at Indigo Midtown Atlanta. Cierra made my stay seem personal and if I was the only one at hotel. I’ll be back and I will be staying here again thanks to Cierra.

- PJPaige JeterMay 7, 20261.0BEWARE: I stayed here in April and was looking forward to a nice spot in midtown walkable to our tech office (and enjoyed the time I was there). HOWEVER, several days after checking out i received an email regarding smoking violations. I DO NOT engage in any smoking or vaping activities- ever. I am very active and healthy, and utilized the gym during my stay. The notice included a $500 charge for smoking violation due to the smoke detector catching some sort of vapor at 6:59 AM - AGAIN I DID NOT ENGAGE IN ANY SORT OF ACTIVITES THAT WOULD TRIGGER THIS. I immediately called the hotel and left a message, first speaking with the assistant manager Michael who then referred me to Manager Gabriele. I have shared e-mails and called almost every day this week as it is unsettling to have been assumed and accused with any response or acknowledgement of the allegations. I am not sure what or how the detector found elevated something, but I am incredibly disappointed in the management and handling of the entire situation. Beware for anyone who may stay and get some sort of egregious allegation with no accommodation for verification or other consideration of contribution.
