  Came in tonight behind a large group checking in (10+ people). Christian J. handled each customer one at a time, with a smile and grace. When it came to my turn, he took the extra moment to accommodate my request for a quiet room away from the elevator despite how hectic things had been. It’s moments like these in Customer Service that stick with you. I stay at the Indigo several times a month for work and will continue to make the choice to do so because their employees go the extra step. Thank you, Christian!

  We stayed there to see a show at the FOX theater and was very pleased. The location and parking was very convenient but the front desk staff is what made the stay memorable. Christian specifically, was a pleasure to deal with and interacted with us and our daughter regarding the shows and all. He gave us suggestions on what to do and where to go and was just a great ray of sunshine and positivity. After the show he opened the door singing the song him and our daughter talked about earlier in the day and she lit up and was a great way to personalize our stay. We will definitely stay her in the future.

  No second first impression! This place rocks! The lobby, feel the music by reading all famous names on the wall! Enjoy the bar which invites to stay and communicate not only with your phone! Your room will welcome you with details you’ll miss everywhere else! Even it’s only the bottle of Tuscany water offered in recycled plastic bottles or the A/C running on eco mode! Or simply the bathroom towels, heavy to feel and use, not these all time washed out pieces you get somewhere else. Shampoo, body lotion provided, all products are quality! The planet says thank you! Thnx to Mr. Christian and Mr. Arturo, welcome desk and bar!

  Other than it's proximity to attractions, this hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Atlanta. If you are expecting standard room amenities, look elsewhere. No safe, fridge, or controllable a/c in the room. With the a/c you can "turn on the controls" apparently with vip access from the front desk that may or may not cost money. Ice on even floors only. The front desk workers couldn't give us a straight answer. If you are above 5 feet tall, the bathroom absolutely will not fit you. This is the most cramped bathroom I've literally ever seen. Photo attached for reference. They charged me twice for parking, placed a hold on my account for 1 night of my stay pre-check-in, and expected the full amount upon check in, leaving us scrambling, not to mention the 150 a night incendentals that were not mentioned prior to arriving. Sticker shock to say the least. If you want to enjoy your time after traveling, do NOT stay here.

  If you are in town for a show at the Fox Theater, this is the perfect hotel choice! Literally across the street from the Fox, and also walking distance to some great food and drink spots. The decor is perfect for any music or theater lover, with artwork and autographs from touring shows and artists. I had a double queen room. It was just the right size for 2 people. The front desk did alert us that the bathrooms are small and "cute," which was so true. The bathroom was very reminiscent of a cruise ship bathroom. I probably could have washed my hands from the toilet if I really wanted to. But the room was just what we needed for sleep and getting ready for a show. The bar is also great for before and after a show. It was very busy before the show and there was only one bartender working, but he was awesome and attentive. Good choice of cocktails. Highly recommend this spot!
