  We stayed here for some job training my lady was doing and I left my phone in my room and it was gone. I tried to report it to the front desk and they did nothing to find it. I think housekeeping stole it. All my son's baby pictures and videos were on that phone it really hurt. We spent good money in there and got robbed so stay somewhere they don't steal.

  The room was reasonably priced for a single king. The toilet in our room needs a lid/seat replacement as it looked like the plastic was chipping/peeling. There were not tissues readily available in the bathroom and there were not laundry bags available in the closet. These items have been stocked in the room at all of my other stays. The stairs to each floor provided exit but stated no reentry. There was nothing (no lock) stopping reentry to our third floor. I would stay again if I needed a quick stay, but I would also look a little further if I had multiple nights planned.

  I used the hotel to park at since I flew out of Atlanta. They overbooked so people parked on the curbs and anywhere nearly blocking me in. The instructions for leaving aren’t clear and I had to wait 20 minutes just for the lady to tell me to beep twice. I’m assuming she meant press the call button which I had done and the gate was never opened. Super frustrating after a long day of travel and still 4 hours left to drive back home.

  Pros: all staff were very nice and professional. Clean. Cons: building is falling apart, mold in the room- if you have allergies or asthma prepare to struggle. Wait to get in every night was ridiculous since only one person working, the elevator sometimes worked properly but wouldn't surprise me if I breaks down on someone. Overall, the staff make this place decent but corporate needs to do a serious over haul of the place. Soooo many issues with the building.

  Room carpet was very old, the balcony was terribly dirty with permanent stains on the chair and on the small table. Room key failed 3 times as I went from 3rd floor to lobby each time. The noise from a group of young kids with no parents regulating the noise level in the lobby, noisy as they ran around on the 3rd and 4th floors again unsupervised. Air temp unregulated.
