  Had to stay here due to a Delta delayed flight causing us to miss a connection. This hotel is disgusting. Filthy and extremely outdated rooms and furniture. The hotel’s shuttle driver also caused a significant delay getting to the hotel from the airport because he was too busy trying to pick up extra tips to deliver people to other hotels AND proceeded to drop them off first. Terrible experience.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience — especially for stranded airline passengers. Delta offered us to this hotel after our flight from Miami was severely delayed and we missed our connection in Atlanta. Our replacement flight is at 7:45 PM so the entire purpose of coming here was simply to get a few hours of sleep. Instead, this hotel turned an already exhausting travel nightmare into something even worse. We waited around 30 minutes for the hotel shuttle at the airport, finally arrived at approximately 2:30 AM, and then spent more than an hour standing in the lobby unable to check in. We had a valid Delta hotel voucher/reservation code, but the hotel’s system for creating room keys was apparently not working. How can a hotel operate overnight without any backup procedure or someone capable of resolving something as basic as issuing a room key? There were tired passengers standing around in the middle of the night while staff were unable to give us a room. By the time we actually get into a room—if we ever do—it will almost be time to leave again for the airport. We spent more time waiting for the shuttle and waiting in this hotel lobby than we will probably spend sleeping. After hours of flight delays, a missed connection, and being exhausted from traveling all day, the last thing anyone should experience is arriving at an airport hotel at 2:30 AM and discovering that the hotel cannot even check guests into their rooms because their “system” does not work. This is an unbelievable level of operational failure. If your hotel accepts stranded airline passengers in the middle of the night, you MUST have a backup procedure for situations like this. A broken key system should not mean exhausted families and travelers stand in the lobby for hours. One of the worst hotel arrival experiences I have ever had. Completely unacceptable.

  Terribly dirty, was sent here by Delta due to a cancelled flight. It is a shame that Delta would stoop to putting their customers through an experience that is this hotel.

  I was out up here by Delta Airlines when I missed my flight. Now, mind you I am a Holiday Inn fan, typically the locations are very consistent quality. This hotel smelled like mold! The hallway, my room and i wasnt the only customer who noticed it or mentioned it. The staff was wonderful! The location needs some major work!

  I mean the smell is just absolutely terrible, in the rooms, in the hallway, and the elevator was simply suffocating. Atleast the rooms were alright but they are motel quality, nothing more. The staff were super helpful and kind though which is the only good thing here. For a holiday inn and this price it is not worth it as of this moment.
