  They advertise secure parking and gated parking area. The back window was broken in our truck and items stolen. Local manager takes no responsibility. Another truck was broken into also and staff made comments it happens frequently here, which is supported by other reviews. Obviously false advertising and no responsibility by management.

  I checked in for a 5 day stay in a suite that sleeps up to 6 people. Was only supplied 2 towels and 2 washcloths. Ice machine was off on my floor so had to go to other floors to get ice. Was told room would be serviced on 3rd day. Never once was serviced. We used the same 2 towels for 3 days before I went to find out why. Was told they could've gave extra towels at anytime and they finally put an out of service notice on ice machine. Was told they would have someone service my room. 4-5hrs later still nothing!! Went back down was told they had a heavy check out that day. It was then 5pm and at this point we just wanted showers and dinner so she finally gave me 4 towels and washcloths. Said she could have room serviced next day. Why would I want my room serviced now they day before I check out?? Was told management would contact me. Well I've been checked out 4 days now and not a word from management. I paid almost $1000 for a 5 night stay with horrible service. Not to mention first day the nearest elevator was out of service so had to use inconvenient elevators. They also still 4 days later have a hold on my deposit.

  This hotel is horrible. It needs to be remodeled. The carpet is so old the room smells like mold. The water pressure is so bad. The bathroom feels like a sauna. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. They have the audacity to charge $30 for parking. The hotel rooms aren't worth $30 in my opinion. The only good thing is the breakfast. This Holiday Inn should be condemned.

  I will never stay at any Holiday Inn after the experience we had with this hotel and the front desk manager Cristian. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and IHG Corporate has yet to respond. We arrived to check into a room we had already paid for on Priceline Express deals. Nothing was mentioned at the time about needing to put $50 on a card for the hotel to let us stay. Unfortunately, we didn't have a card with $50 so he informed me "all hotels have that policy, perhaps you should stay in a motel' I asked do you want us to stay in a dump? He responded"pretty much". We drove 6 hours so my friend could see and spend time with her granddaughters who came in from Colorado. One she had not seen in 6 years and the other she had never met. We would up having dinner with them, and then had to drive home the same day another 6 hours. I have severe fibromyalgia and so much driving in one day took a toll on me. The manager and Priceline refused to refund the money because it was a "same day cancellation". We did not cancel, the hotel did. We were there. I have been told it is policy, nothing we can do. Maybe it is policy, but this was not right the way we were treated. We lost the money for a room we never stayed in, plus we were insulted and nobody cared. And don't bother responding with "I'm sorry you had that experience blah, blah, blah." I have talked to the GM at the hotel, IHG Corporate, Priceline and so many people about this, the answer was always the same. Neither IHG or Priceline will ever get another dollar from me. I already gifted them $106 for a room I never used. Updated June 10, 2026: To the owner of the hotel, I asked you not to bother with a response. I have already talked to you and you made your point very clear concerning the 'no card, no room, we cancel you and keep your money". But you know what you never addressed or acknowledged me even asking about: "We were INSULTED and nobody cared." This is not the kind of service you give a paying customer. IHG commercials never show that little tidbit. Shame what customer service has become

  No doubt this is the best hotel in the ATL area, if not the state. They have very nice rooms and great breakfast and convenient shuttle too. But what it sets apart from other hotels is their people. There are quite a few "Holiday Inns" at the ATL airport. So I ended up at a wrong Holiday Inn at first. Then I found them. When I walked in, I saw the front office manager, Mr Garcia, helping a guest with the same old bright smile that I saw when I was at this hotel like a year ago. I don't know how he does it. He always seems to genuinely wanting all his guests to have the greatest stay at his hotel. Like learning from her boss, Ma'kyha was also soooo kind and eager to help. It was great to see the same sweet lady at the breakfast buffet was still there. Highly recommend the hotel.
