  The staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was very flavorful. I like that they had grab and go bags for guests who were unable to sit down and eat.

  Handicap parking is next to none.. the rooms were nice but there was no reason we should have had to hold the handle down on the toilet till flushing was done. The out dated key card entrance to room was like playing a guessing game just to get in . We made sure we didnt have to leave the room till check out once we finally got in.

  There was an awful odor that hits you when you walk in the door. We kept the ac on to keep it at bay. My husband tried to switch the 2nd night but they had no rooms available. The couch had stains on it & the carpet had seen better days. It most definitely was quiet. It wasn't the worst we've stayed in but we'll look for something a little more updated when we return for medical travel.

  Guy working the front desk was rude and disrespectful all he was concerned with was trying to constantly get me to cancel my reservation I travel for work 90 percent of the time and was making it a point to stay at holiday inn express every trip I made and I have never been given the run around and treated the way I was tonight and being disrespectful to my daughter yeah I definitely wouldn’t make reservations here unless you wanted to be disrespected and given the run around for 2.5 hours 5 years I have booked every trip with holiday inn multiple states and tonight yall lost a customer along with everyone that works with me I will take my business back to Hilton.

  My sister has surgery at Emory so we booked this hotel to stay overnight the first room they gave me when we walked in it smelled like mildew and somebody had smoked a cigar in it I gave service a five-star because they immediately gave us another room which did not have any smells in it the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly but by morning there was a young lady standing there that look like she was absolutely hating her job the place needs a total remodel the beds were like sleeping on concrete there was Heavy Security in the parking lot so I was happy to see that because we had to leave very early in the morning surgery went well unfortunately we would never stay again at this hotel
