  This is an honest, unpaid review. I am not overly picky, but when I spend hard-earned money, I expect basic quality and service. Aside from the free breakfast and free parking, this hotel is completely run-down and poorly maintained. My experience required moving rooms twice just to find a tolerable space.First Room: Unkempt, with a non-functioning toilet. Second Room: Completely uncleaned. It contained a previous guest's luggage, trash and dirty towels strewn about, and a strong odor of marijuana. Third Room: Barely acceptable. The carpet was torn, surfaces were stained, the bathroom door was falling off its hinges, and the shower light was broken The service and security issues continued throughout the stay. On the second night, my keycard repeatedly failed. It took three frustrating trips to the front desk before the issue was finally resolved. The front desk staff appeared completely indifferent, offering no apologies or assistance though given the state of the property, low staff morale is hardly surprising. Additionally, while management requires guests to register their license plate numbers to avoid being towed, parking lot security is non-existent. In the morning, I found people passed out in cars blocking my driver and passenger doors, making the vehicle registration requirement feel entirely pointless. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay, keep looking. If rock-bottom price is your only criteria, this place fits the bill.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. The hotel requires renovation. The bathroom door slipped off the hinges. The common areas are outdated and not well maintained. There was trash in the elevatrors. I requested a room change because the first room had an unbearable odor. In the second room, the toilet would not flush, and the TV remote would not change the channels. I was provided with a plunger and a new remote. It is unreasonable to expect guests to address plumbing issues during their stay. The replacement remote did not change the channels, but eventually allowed me to turn off the TV after several hours of being forced to listening to sports.while trying to sleep. I was exhausted from traveling and, as this was a one-night stay, it was too late to find another hotel. Otherwise, I would have chosen to leave

  Got a nice little room here for two nights, nicely priced. We liked the building and general decor but found the beds cheap, squeaky, and unbalanced. The electrical feature under the TV was not functional, and other outlets it ways to plug into the TV were scarce. The room was on the end of the building, right on the intersection of two busy roads that stayed loud throughout the night. Even the outdoor pool was loud past 10pm. We had a great trip but won't be coming back to this particular establishment.

  Quite an average stay at this Holiday Inn Express with an entrance that is easy to miss. The check in was pleasant however the rooms are quite outdated and in need of a renovation, the slider door to my bathroom came off the hinges while I was there and the room is clearly worn after years of use. Breakfast is included however I did not partake, there is also a outdoor pool and parking included in your rate. Overall this is a solid option for a quick overnight stay but it has room for improvement.

  staying for 2 night refrigerator is broken can barely open without it trying to wable out of shelf. AC completely broken will not cool my room barely at all and keeps shutting off when i have it on constant. first person to help check us in was great he was phenomenal however tonight my key didnt work to get back in my room so i went down stairs and waited 5ish maybe more mins yelling hello for no one to come out. finally a woman named Tee came out but she was very very rude. She gave me issues from the beginning of interaction and im not happy about it.
