  We couldn’t even rest they had flight attendants above us having a party or something and they stomped all day and night and no help at all

  The guy that checked me in was great! The hotel itself is a tad older and needs a renovation. It was very very noisy early in the morning but I was close to the elevator. The room I was in was really clean though and very well taken care of. There was a beautiful lake view from our room. The indoor pool was open. There was a police officer in the lobby when I was checking out. Was noticing that might be common in that area. overall, I was pleased and they came through in a pinch for a last minute stay! Thank you!

  Absolutely disgraceful – Holiday Inn should be ashamed. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties over the years, but this location has completely shattered my trust in the brand. From the moment I checked in, it was one insult after another. This is NOT the Holiday Inn standard – it’s a rundown motel pretending to be a hotel. First, no continental breakfast. Not even a stale muffin or a cheap yogurt. When I asked the front desk, I was told, “We don’t offer that anymore.” Really? At these prices? Every budget motel I’ve ever stayed at manages to put out at least some coffee and toast. Holiday Inn can’t be bothered? Then I got to my room. I wanted coffee – but guess what? Only ONE paper cup in the entire room. One. For a double-occupancy booking. My wife and I had to share a single flimsy cup to drink our coffee. And speaking of coffee – there was only one regular coffee packet too. So basically, one cup of coffee for two people. Incredible. Next, I went to take a shower. Opened the towel rack and found exactly ONE bath towel. Not two. Not even a hand towel or a washcloth. Just one sad, thin, scratchy towel for two paying adults. When I called housekeeping, they said they were “short on supplies” and couldn’t bring another until the next day. So my wife had to dry off with a hand towel she found in her suitcase. Absolutely humiliating for a hotel chain that claims to be “home away from home.” I thought I’d blow off steam in the gym. Big mistake. Half the machines are broken. The treadmill display is dead, the elliptical makes a horrible grinding noise, and the only working machine is a rusty stationary bike that squeaks with every pedal. The water dispenser in the gym was also empty. So much for staying fit on the road. The worst part? The customer service. When I brought up all these issues at checkout – the missing breakfast, the single cup, the single towel, the broken gym – the front desk clerk just shrugged and said, “Sorry, we’ll note it.” No discount, no apology points, no manager. Nothing. They acted like I was being unreasonable. I cannot believe this property is allowed to fly the Holiday Inn flag. It’s an embarrassment to the brand. If you value your money, your comfort, or your dignity – stay anywhere else. Even a roadside motel would treat you better than this place.
