  Check-in was quick and easy. Room was large and the bed was very comfortable. There was a light above the microwave which was appreciated along with the indirect lighting. Parking was convenient and the location felt safe. I also appreciated not having bright exterior lights shining into my room window. On the other hand, there are multiple opportunities for improvement. In the room, the towel rack in the bathroom is about to fall off the wall. The bathtub creaks whenever you step inside the tub. The tile near the door is cracked and the desk has marks embedded into the surface. Additionally, several electrical outlets are not attached securely to the wall. These are all minor issues except for the outlets, which could be a safety concern. In the morning, none of the TVs in the fitness room worked. I asked the front desk clerk where the remote control was. He couldn’t find it and stated the maintenance person would be arriving shortly and they would address the issue. About 20 minutes later, I see the same desk clerk—with a backpack slung over his shoulder—walk out the front door. The TV remote issue was never resolved. While working out, I noticed the food prep person walking back and forth from the pantry to the breakfast area. The person had very long hair and no hair net. I’m not sure if the Georgia Department of Health thinks this is a good idea, but I don’t. I skipped the hot breakfast and only chose items that were prepackaged. My interactions/observations of staff members was the most disappointing part of the stay. Would I choose this hotel again? Probably not.

  Had an excellent day at this property. Very clean and comfortable. And Carlos at the front desk was especially helpful, professional, and courteous. Definitely recommend.

  We have stayed at this hotel before. We were pleasantly welcomed when we came through the door. Checkin was easy and quick. Rooms were noticeably clean as was the entire hotel. We travel a lot and that is not always the case. Parking is convenient. Location is less than a mile off I85 which is also convenient. However there was a lot of road noise from the highway. Not many restaurants close and it was pouring so we skipped dinner though they did have microwavable options to purchase. Breakfast was not the best and they seemed to lack staff to keep it stocked - we arrived and there were no plates. Even front desk staff was MIA. We couldn't get a reciept which was NBD but we like them to keep track of where we have stayed. We would consider staying again because of it's cleanliness and convenience.

  Great service. Perfect location for us. Relatively clean but could have been cleaner. ALL hotels should be required to have the constant fan option on AC/Heating units. (This one didn't)

  Breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was virtually no food available. We were traveling with children, and there was nothing to feed them in the morning. There wasn’t even any milk. Most of the serving trays were empty, and the pancake machine was broken. As a result, we were unable to have breakfast, which was very disappointing. In addition, when we went to the parking lot, we discovered that our car had been scratched. The scratches were significant. We immediately reported the incident to the hotel staff, but they were unable to explain how the damage had occurred. We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We are dissatisfied with both the quality of the breakfast and the hotel’s failure to ensure the safety of guests’ property.
