  I travel a lot for my business and every time I’m in Georgia I stay here and it never seems to disappoint. Shanice is wonderful with her beautiful personality and the breakfast is to die for. Definitely recommend this hotel

  I was at this location recently compared to being here a few years ago. I had a chat with the new management (they came in about a year ago and after my last visit). I definitely saw some improvements since my prior visit. And after speaking with them, there’s definitely more to come! They have passion and integrity to make this place better for all future guests. I recommend staying here now! Previously, not so much. There’s a great team here now. If anything were to come their control, as long as it’s communicated this team will ensure they do everything they can to make it right!

  Fantastic hotel that's very well maintained. Staff is great, with one of the best chefs around working the house restaurant. Bartenders are awesome, and prices are on par for the area. Location is in central DeKalb with easy access to all the major highways.

  As an IHG Rewards member, I’ve generally expected consistent treatment during my stays, but my recent experiences at this hotel have been disappointing. One of the benefits I value is the opportunity to request a late checkout when it’s available. During my recent stays, however, I’ve repeatedly been denied this benefit or treated differently than I expected, despite my membership. The inconsistency has left me feeling singled out and unfairly treated. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and customer service. Instead of feeling like a valued loyalty member, I’ve left feeling unwelcome and questioning whether I’m being treated differently from other guests. Whether intentional or not, that’s the impression my recent experiences have created. I understand that late checkout is subject to availability, but I expect those decisions to be applied consistently and communicated respectfully. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, reviews how loyalty members are being treated, and works to provide a more consistent and respectful guest experience going forward.

  Great renovations since I was laststayed here. I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall property had a relaxing atmosphere. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.
