  I stay here a least twice a month for buisness. The front desk staff are very profesional and prompt. Shanise is always welcoming with a smile.Daphne always make sure that im comfortable during my stay and breakfast is always Amazon. Everytime im in town this is my go to hotel. They recently remodeled and the bed are very comfortable

  They offer drinks and points and begs everyone to leave a review because they’ve remodeled and they want clientele. I’m assuming they mean a good review, But I must be honest. High crime area. The lady at the front I think her name is Shanice she is very loud and unprofessional. After I heard her cursing at one of the guest I chose to leave and never come here again. Didn’t get a good night sleep. Very noisy and the hotel has a stench that is unbearable. Though they remodeled it is still nasty

  Quick visit to Atlanta and this hotel made it comfortable. The room was relaxing with a king size bed and a full size couch. It was a very clean hotel. The buffet breakfast was delicious and worth purchasing at the time of reservation. Special Shout Out to Julian, Alice, Shanise, and the Man who was maintaining the breakfast station. Didn't get his name but he was very welcoming. Overall a great stay and will be staying at this location again.

  Super impressed! I gave this place a chance, and I’m so glad I did! It’s under new management, and you can really see the difference. Everything looks amazing! I’m pretty picky about where I stay, and I ended up here by happenstance—but I’m so glad I did. What a lovely experience! I didn’t feel like exploring the area that evening, so I went downstairs and ended up enjoying a wonderful evening at the bar. The bartender was adorable and such a pleasure! And the food—hello! Absolutely delicious. Of course, I had to ask about the new ownership and learned that the owner has decades of experience finding a diamond in the rough and making it shine. Clearly, that experience is paying off! Kudos to the new team! Keep up the amazing work, and thank you to everyone who took such great care of us. I’ll definitely be back!

  I had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn Northlake location. I arrived around 12:01 a.m. and was warmly greeted by Manzoor at the front desk. He was patient, informative, and kind enough to provide internet access so I could transfer funds to pay for my stay. This level of service was especially meaningful after my disappointing experience at the Wyndham on Lenox Road. The Wyndham stay was advertised at $120, but the price increased when I arrived. I was also unexpectedly told that parking would cost an additional $45, or $55 for valet. Before that, I had been forced to walk across the street to Macy’s around 11:15 p.m. just to access Wi-Fi and transfer funds. After learning about the additional parking charges, I canceled the Wyndham reservation and requested a refund. The Holiday Inn experience was the complete opposite. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as represented—with no hidden fees. This morning, Shanise greeted me warmly, and Alice welcomed me with a wonderful smile and provided a complimentary breakfast. Orin prepared one of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel! I am extremely pleased with my stay and highly recommend the Holiday Inn Northlake location. The excellent customer service, cleanliness, transparency, and hospitality made all the difference. Thank you to Manzoor, Shanise, Alice, and Orin for making my stay so enjoyable!
