I arrived at the location to pick up a guest, presumably because I was not a limo driver. They requested that I move across the street and wait for my guest, allowing another vehicle to take my place. This situation seems illogical to me. valet is very unprofessional

We showed up at 12:30 in the morning and the door was locked and no one helped us with our luggage. Tough for a Four Seasons after a travel day from hell. I had to pound on the door to get in. The next day the service was AMAZING starting with Ilene in the breakfast restaurant. Hotel needs to work on its late night coverage. We showed up on 6/19/26
