  I came here for the Candlelight experience. I really enjoyed this experience! Everything was wonderful, and I especially want to thank Chris for being so accommodating to my mom and me. Jameil and Essence were amazing as well! They truly went above and beyond to make our experience special and memorable. I really appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend this experience to others! Valet was affordable and hospitality at hotel is great overall .

  My stay at the Four Seasons was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were comfortable and plush, with espresso pods, exceptionally cozy beds, and housekeeping that refreshed the room multiple times throughout the day. The location was also ideal, within walking distance of so many great spots. Lorena, Tareq, Christian, Tim, and the overnight staff on October 11–12 were especially hospitable, caring, and solution-oriented. They went out of their way to ensure our group felt comfortable and well taken care of while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. I did have a unique interaction with a valet attendant named Vincent. He was quick to step in and assist when needed, which I appreciated, though there was a moment when his response to my request and his demeanor felt a bit overwhelming. To his credit, he did not push the issue and gave me the space to step away from the interaction, which I appreciated and felt was the right approach. Overall, the Four Seasons delivered a comfortable and elevated experience, and the hospitality of the team made a lasting positive impression. I would gladly return.

  The Four Seasons Atlanta was the epitome of first-class luxury and exceptional service. Working for the company, it was so refreshing to be able to feel like a pampered guest. There are so many names to shoutout- Vincent from Valet was excellent and always gave us a warm welcome whenever we returned from the hotel, Chris at the front desk gave a flawless check in experience, Doudou and Angelica from In-Room-Dining always gave us flawless service, the Margot restaurant and service was fantastic, bellmen were outstanding, Tim from concierge gave us a wonderful recommendation for a birthday dinner and arranged a special surprise at the restaurant, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job making sure our room was always clean and impeccable whenever we can back into our room. Taking my best friend to this property as her first stay ever with the Four Seasons, your hotel did not disappoint in delivering high-end luxury service and personalization that made her stay one she will never forget. We did not want to leave you made our stay that amazing!! Thank you again to this amazing property and team- I am sure there are names I forgot and I apologize :( !!!

  Unfortunately, my experience at the Four Seasons Atlanta was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the valet. My vehicle was returned with a huge dent/scratch in the door that was not there when I arrived. I have now called FOUR separate times trying to get someone to address the damage, and I still have not received a call back. For a hotel at this price point—and especially one carrying the Four Seasons name—that level of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. The staff we interacted with during our stay was nice, and I want to give them credit for that. However, the rooms themselves were honestly not that impressive, especially considering the price and reputation. After the damage to my vehicle and the complete lack of follow-up, I would not trust their valet to park any vehicle I cared about—not even a $10 bicycle. I expected significantly better from the Four Seasons. Accidents can happen, but ignoring a guest after their property is damaged is what turned this into a 1-star experience for me.

  Pros: The service was truly impeccable. The staff was attentive, proactive, and consistently quick to respond to any request. The facility itself is beautiful, with outstanding amenities throughout. Guest rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and exceptionally clean. The conference team was a pleasure to work with. Both the conference manager (Jenn) and A/V vendor (JP) were professional, responsive, and easy to coordinate with. The banquet captain (Tareq) was highly service-oriented, accessible, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The valet team was equally impressive, making loading, unloading, and storage effortless. In addition, the restaurant and bar staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Cons: The biggest disappointment was the bed. It was exceptionally firm to the point that I struggled to sleep comfortably during my three-night stay. While the conference food was acceptable, it did not meet expectations given the cost per attendee. I anticipated a more memorable dining experience and higher-quality offerings, but the meals were simply average. The same was true of room service breakfast and dinner in the bar area. While the food was fine, it lacked the quality and creativity one might expect at this price point. Overall: The property's greatest strength is its commitment to service. At no point did I encounter a team member who was unwilling to help, and requests were consistently followed through without hesitation. If you asked, you received, which is both refreshing and increasingly rare today. If the property can improve the comfort of its beds and elevate the quality of its food offerings to match its exceptional service standards, it would deliver an outstanding guest experience from start to finish.
