  I would give them a rating of 0 if system would allow. I recently stayed there for 4 nights with my family and had a horrible experience during my stay and even after coming back. First of all, I am a Platinum Elite member and the treatment I received, I would imagine what customers with lower rewards status have to go through. The problems started right from check-in. I had to show my receipt to the person handling the check-ins to convince that I had paid for parking and breakfast, otherwise they wanted more money for both. After I had convinced them, I was told that it had been noted in my account that I should not be charged extra for breakfast. We were very surprised that the room had not been cleaned the next day when we came back after a hard day's work. I called house keeping and was promised the room will be cleaned every day, which did not happen again and I gave up and accepted my fate by the last day. I was again surprised to see breakfast charges after I came back and saw the final bill. I called right away and was promised it will be taken care of. Since then I have called at least 10 times, spoken to multiple people including Al, Kevin, Patty etc and was promised by each one for a resolution or a call from the manager. They noted down my phone numbers and still no call back from them. All promises and no action. I am not sure what to do any more. I guess they know that I can't go there physically and can't do anything over the phone. Horrible customer service..!! They have lost a customer for life.

  The staff is very accommodating and friendly, quite attentive and eager to assist. The facility could not be more pristine and well kept, especially for the very reasonable price. I witnessed no issues with cleanliness, upkeep of furniture or equipment, no wear and tear visible and everything was updated to the standard I feel is at or above standard for this level of hotel. The air conditioner was very quiet, I'm not a sound sleeper and tend to be more easily wakened in an unfamiliar place which didn't happen at all. The beds were very comfortable, as a person with Rheumatoid Arthritis that was a huge win for me. I was much closer to midtown than I thought I'd be which was an incredible help as I was visiting my daughter at GT. Will absolutely stay at this facility from this trip forward in my frequent trips to the area. I've had a couple of instances in other areas where the hotel and reviews gave one impression with reality providing a significant disappointment to the degree that I've nearly canceled trips. That to say I was so incredibly pleased to have my expectations not just met but exceeded greatly in every measurable way. The restaurant and pastry shop are high priced, but honestly it's to be expected and everything is nowadays anyhow. That said, we did grab biscuits and pastries one morning that were delicious and we were served by a delightful young lady. Could not recommend this hotel more highly, looking forward to many more trips with the peace of mind in knowing my hard earned dollars will be well spent. Apologies that I'm terrible with names, but Emily went above and beyond in many ways to make our stay more comfortable, Dante did the same with checkout, and Keely was very kind and cordial in my interaction with her. All the staff was fantastic, regardless of position. Everyone was friendly and appeared to genuinely be doing their best to provide the greatest level of service. Many thanks to all the staff who provide such a clean, welcoming, friendly environment. My South Georgia heart was pleased to see such a lovely display of Southern hospitality even in the "big city".

  This crown plaza was a phenom. The hotel grounds with surrounding acres if tropical forest and meandering paths intertwined and shared with other office high rises is an excellently well planned campus. The hotel interior was just as special with a vast, multilevel, open and cantilevered entrance working its way down to lounges on two different levels and a very open and spacious restaurant on the bottom. Unfortunately that’s where the pride stopped. I had the ribs. I couldn’t finish them. It should be a crime to serve ribs that are so crunched, old and overdone that it reminds you of the last time you went shopping and left an apple pie in the oven - saved only when your neighbors saw smoke. On the other hand the side dish of macaroni was cold. The greens were good but not your momma’s greens. The biscuit with butter and jelly saved me from starvation. In fairness the waitress, seeing me struggle, did offer to replace them. Here’s a hint and my absolute rule: never send anything back to the kitchen. The “cook” clearly didn’t care when they served your food without even knowing you. NOW, they know you as a complainer. Spare yourself the agony. You don’t want what’s coming out of the kitchen the second time. No thanks. I quietly enjoy what I can; leave the rest along with a tip. So! Definitely go to the hotel. It is beautiful; Enjoy it fully. Then go out for something nice for dinner and come back for cocktails and an uninterrupted night’s sleep. Thank me later.

  I would like to personally thank Keely Randall, general relations manager, for such an amazing stay for my husband's birthday and our 7 year anniversary. It started out a little rocky, but I'm truly grateful for how she stepped in to make it one of the greatest celebration we've encountered in a very long time. Thank you again for everything. 💌

  I had a wonderful experience with the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia, and a huge part of that is thanks to Keely Randall (Guest Relations Manager). I was arranging a surprise birthday celebration remotely for my girlfriend staying at the hotel, and Keely went far beyond what I ever expected. From the moment I reached out, she was warm, responsive, and genuinely excited to help make the birthday special. She asked about her favorite things, personally coordinated the flowers and room decorations, and even arranged additional birthday treats, balloons, signs, and a crown. She paid attention to every little detail and made the whole process incredibly easy for me. What stood out most was how genuinely invested Keely was. This was not simply a standard hotel request for her. She treated it as though she were helping celebrate someone she knew personally, which meant so much when I was arranging everything from afar. The hotel was also wonderful to work with. Everyone was accommodating, helpful, and clearly committed to making guests feel welcome. The level of care and hospitality made a lasting impression. Keely Randall deserves particular recognition. She is an absolute asset to the hotel, and her kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile are exactly what outstanding hospitality should look like. I would absolutely recommend the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia and would happily stay here in the future. Thank you to Keely and the entire team for helping make such a special birthday even more memorable!
