  I loved this hotel so much. First off the ladies restroom in the lobbies were so very clean and well stocked. The valet manger, Ricky, was so helpful and kind. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Fredrick, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and friendly. Kelly, head of guest services, was amazing. She was wonderfully helpful. Every one at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Thank Ricky, Fredrick, and Kelly for making our stay incredibly memorable and enjoyable.

  I just came for mystic South and love the energy and hospitality provided by the excellent staff. Some names I wrote down and some I neglected to ask but wished I had as many people were exceptionally helpful and professional. Thalia, Melvin, Sheriff, and Matthew are the names I remember. Regarding the names I forgot. The custodial manager a Hispanic gentlemen with grey short hair and a brown mole on his cheek helped me immensely with my room. As well as the nighttime front desk receptionist, she was middle aged black women with short somewhat bobbed straight hair to her shoulders. Lastly a Kenyan man with short black hair on Friday in a green shirt around 3-4pm helped me carry all my bags to my room and I didn’t even ask. Just so kind. All of these people notably made my stay better. Always helping with smiles and calm direction. Thank you all for your help. I’m sorry for the names I never asked but none the less they all aided in one of my favorite mystic stays yet! Great hotel! Keep it up.

  If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. I stayed here over two weeks ago and still have not received my incidental deposit back. We checked out on June 30, yet I had to repeatedly call the hotel to get answers. On Saturday, July 11, I spoke with the manager, Zach, who assured me he would process the refund. Unfortunately, that never happened. When I called back, Betty told me the refund had already been processed the previous week, which was not true. It is incredibly frustrating to be given inaccurate information instead of someone simply taking the time to resolve the issue. The customer service from both Zach and Betty was extremely disappointing. They both gave me false information, which only prolonged the problem and forced me to continue calling for an update. The only positive part of this experience was speaking with the supervisor, Donte. He was professional, honest, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire situation. I appreciate his willingness to assist, but unfortunately, one great employee does not make up for the poor service and lack of accountability from the rest of the staff. Based on this experience, we will never stay at this hotel again.

  I usually stay at the Westin by the King and Queen buildings. It was fully booked for the dates I needed, so I decided to stay at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia since they mentioned they had a shuttle that runs every morning that I could take to the King/Queen buildings. I had an amazing experience! I met Sheriff on my first day. While I was eating breakfast, he called the shuttle over and it was ready for me as I finished up. He went above and beyond, and helped me out a few more times during my stay. Amazing customer service and some of the most kind and warm people I have met! I will be coming back for another work trip soon and recommending to all my coworkers!

  Stayed 4 nights for a Supreme Session and had a very pleasant experience. Fredrick at the front desk provided superior customer service. I’ve been in customer service for over 25 years and Fredrick exceeded our expectations. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Made sure our stay was comfortable from check in to check out. He definitely took his role seriously and seemed to enjoy making sure all guest were taken care of. My group of 4 had no complaints during our stay. Food from the restaurant was tasty. The Chef was very pleasant. As well as the wait staff. Brandy and Milan took good care of us each time we dined. The hotel was clean, rooms were nice, housekeeping stayed on top of any request we had, the shuttle drivers were always right on time, the bellhop crew were extremely helpful, and the location was convenient to shopping and dining. All in all, I’ll definitely stay again whether for business or leisure.
