  I stay at the Indigo Athens twice a year. I love the hotel. Clean, conveniently located, outstanding staff. This year, I asked to see some room options from where I normally stay. General Manager Brian Cotter, Guest Services Manager Michelle Howington and Corbin at the front desk went out of their way to show me various options. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and to make my stay as excellent as possible. I couldn't be happier with my stay at the Indigo and with the folks who work there.

  We come to Athens and Hotel Indigo quite often. Mainly for the Rialto Room for their great live, intimate concerts. Every time we attend, we always have the same bartender, Jessi. She is fantastic! Always smiling and fast to get drinks. Even when rude patrons are talking or texting on their phones while she's asking them what they would like and being ignored, she kept her cool. Very friendly. Be sure to say Hi when you're down in the Rialto Room!

  I have been staying at this hotel for over a month and have been met with nothing but the finest, most attentive hospitality. SYDNEY, Brooklyn, Addilyn, Paige and Emily at the restaurant downstairs made our day, every day. They easily managed to help me forget a hard day's work with their inviting, genuine personalities. Absolutely amazing service at all times. As far as the food, Ms. Carolyne made every single dish on the menu taste incredibly delicious. Believe me i had time to try them all. Compliments to the chef! Every morning before work Valencia had coffee and her warm personality ready to start my day off right. She was born to positively touch so many peoples lives. As far as the front desk, (the first and last people you interact with) Michelle and Cooper made room transitions and extentions seemless. I never had an issue whatsoever.

  I had an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo Athens! I stayed there for work for over a month. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo Athens, especially if you get the chance to visit Sydney at the bar! She’s the best. I honestly can’t leave out the anyone at the bar, the front desk, or the breakfast crew. They are all amazing. Definitely recommend ! 5 stars all the way!

  My husband and I were in town on a business trip and booked a night at this hotel. The rooms, surroundings, location was beautiful and we loved how clean everything was. The service, however, needs an update. The staff working the night we checked in were great. However, the day we checked out, the gentleman at the front desk, didn't even greet us. He just gave us a stiff smile and averted my gaze and so I ended up dropping the keys into the box. Normally, when I am checking out, the front desk greets me with a "Hello, thank you for staying with us, have a great day." It was short on that as if now that we got your money, you can leave. Please train your front desk staff to better handle customers.
