- MSMian ShafiqSep 23, 20261.0I can't recommend Hotel Indigo to anyone who values their safety or privacy. During my stay, I learned that a hotel employee disclosed private information about guests, including our whereabouts, to outside individuals. The most basic promise a hotel makes is that it won't tell strangers where you are. That promise was broken. The manager, Brian, was courteous at first and seemed willing to help. On the advice of counsel, I filed a formal incident report so the matter would be documented. Shortly after management received it, I was told I was banned from the property. I was banned for reporting a privacy breach, not for anything I did. As far as I know, the employee involved still works there. I'll let other travelers draw their own conclusions about a hotel that removes the guest who raised a safety concern while keeping the employee who caused it. There is also an A restraining order being imposed against this employee. Who IHG, Hotel Indigo, and the GM continue to cover up. Would you stay somewhere that let your location end up with people who had no business knowing it, then showed you the door when you asked for accountability? I'm pursuing this through the appropriate channels. Until the hotel explains what happened and what it has changed, I'd book elsewhere. Attached is a slew of messages being actively covered up by management.
