The staff has always been so pleasant and kind and being honest, that is what has influened my choice the most, when price and location are comparable for other properties. My 4 star rating is for a few very minor annoyances. The TV channels are weird. Admittedly, I didn't spend a lot of time trying to figure it out because I had other media options. For this trip, the big thing was the neighbors. The lead footed, midnight clog dancing rudely inconsiderate herd of hippos in the room above me, woke me up and kept at it for an hour. I will not be staying on a ground floor again

The carpet is old. I am so ready to go. In fact I am about to depart. I would not stay here again. And will be calling customer service.
