  Nice comfortable room, good size room. Had to ask for microwave. The Fridge I had to ask them to look at because it wasn't cold. Breakfast was good selection. The ice maker didn't work only worked on the 4th floor. The ATM was unplugged so it was out of order or they are not using it anymore. It's a good 30 minutes plus with no traffic to downtown attractions. Great restaurant options nearby. Close to Dog Park for our dog and close to a doggy daycare. Great pet friendly hotel!

  Do not stay here. We never did and they charged my card after I spoke to someone at the front desk because of no 1st floor rooms and I’m traveling with medical equipment, I cannot fit in an elevator to keep my child alive!!! Days later they tried to charge my card for multiple different amounts and then also took my last $20 I had in my account causing me to overdraft. Stay away.

  When I went to this hotel yesterday, I said I would stay for two days, I said I don't have a reservation, the woman working there is okay, no problem and she told me to pay $225 for a two-day room, after paying it, she asked for a deposit of $150 again and she asked for a total of $345 and I canceled it, and the woman said okay, it was canceled, you can go and after leaving, she says $148 reservation fee was withdrawn from my account, but I didn't have a paid reservation, it's completely

  I was skeptical about staying in a Holiday Inn Express again, because we’ve had bad experiences with some really awful ones in other locations, but decided to give it a shot in Alpharetta. We were really pleasantly surprised with how clean and nice this hotel was, and the gentleman who helped us both at check-in and check out, Jrhannes, was very helpful and so friendly. He seemed to be happy to be there and happy doing his job. I didn’t see the breakfast spread, but the rest of my family (4 kiddos and hubby) went down for breakfast and said it wasn’t “great”, but there was something for everyone. There were also people enjoying the pool in the evening, but we didn’t have time to check it out ourselves, other than to see it through our hotel window. Overall, would definitely stay at this hotel again.

  Front desk Samantha is amazing. Loretta with the food and hospitality was One of the kindest, most hard-working people I’ve ever met. The young lady who worked at Knight was nice, but not as thorough. Once Samantha left, then we had a little bit of issues.the pool The pool had to be cleaned by us. The air conditioner stopped working through the night, the desk phone could not be reached because our room phone did not work. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working. If all of that worked, and the pool was clean I would come back. Just because of Loretta and Samantha. Otherwise it could have been a little bit nicer if there’s things worked.
