  Very clean hotel with a bar on site. We had a manager's meeting here and enjoyed the hospitality and service. The meeting space was exactly what we needed.

  From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the right place. It’s always hard to know whether a hotel is going to live up to expectations, but this one exceeded ours in every way. From the start, Jay was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Our room was equipped with an in-room mini arm care station and a yoga area, which was perfect since we were in town for a baseball tournament. The gym was huge and filled with top-of-the-line equipment, making it easy to keep up with our training. When we found ourselves in a bind, Jay stepped up once again and helped us get our uniforms laundered on-site, which made a huge difference during the tournament. It’s rare to find a hotel that offers exceptional service, outstanding amenities, and reasonable prices all in one place. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Georgia for baseball—or for any reason. We will definitely be back!

  I am an IHG Diamond Elite member who used to exclusively stay at Even Hotel Alpharetta from when it first opened in 2019. Other then this 1 night stay in June 2026, I stopped staying there in late 2022 after they started charging for parking. I understand most hotels in the area do, but I find having to pay for uncovered parking at a small hotel like this thats not in a major city completely unacceptable. At the very least, parking should be free to Diamond Elite members. IHG needs to do better in this regard. Second Issue - the highlight of the hotel is the fitness center. Unfortunately like my previous lengthy stay there, many pieces of equipment were not working properly and needed service. As an example, the two ellipticals have an incline motor to increase the steepness of your steps but neither was functioning. This is the same problem I experienced in 2022. Either it was never fixed in 4 years or their malfunctioning again. Either way the equipment isn't properly maintained. Other then the parking and fitness center issues and the fact that the rooms are small, the location is ideal since its located around numerous resturant options and right next to a gas station/convenience store. On a positive note, I'd like to recognize Vinson and Jaylen at the front desk. Both these young men were friendly and accomodating.

  Ok so this is what makes this place so good! It’s not the very spacious new rooms, not the cleanliness or the fresh breakfast. It’s JAY! The front desk representative. Always smiling, helpful, funny and knowledgeable. Worth coming I. Just for Jay’s service!

  I truly love how clean, organized, and nice this hotel is. I have been staying here regularly for the past month and never had an issue until my most recent stay, where I noticed highly inconsistent and seemingly random extra fees. A new receptionist (with white hair) charged me an extra $20 per night for a parking pass, yet I noticed that no other vehicle in the lot had this pass. She also attempted to charge me an extra $20 per night just to change my room; however, when I spoke to a different receptionist, they made the switch for free. It feels like fees are being charged based on the receptionist's mood rather than a standard company policy. Furthermore, looking back at my previous bill, I noticed I was overcharged multiple times for snacks, far exceeding the couple of items I actually bought. I genuinely like this property, but management needs to address these arbitrary charges and establish clear, consistent billing practices.
