  Extremely disappointing experience — we checked out within 20 minutes The room smelled so bad that we immediately knew we could not stay. Within minutes of checking in, we noticed what appeared to be black mold in the shower. The door also looked as though it had previously been broken into and poorly repaired, which made us uncomfortable from the moment we entered. To make matters worse, the staff was not helpful and became argumentative when we brought our concerns to their attention. The room was also incredibly noisy — we could hear virtually every sound from outside and everything happening in the room next to us. We ended up checking out less than 20 minutes after checking in because the condition of the room and the overall experience were completely unacceptable. We have stayed at many hotels and understand that things aren’t always perfect, but this was far below a reasonable standard. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.

  This place was dirty and the owner/workers are very demeaning to women. Our 100$ deposit was kept because we stained a towel with a spill and a wash rag with make up. They wanted 25$ to bleach these items because we disputed this outrageous charges. He said I’m keeping u leave or calling the cops. Beware they keep ur money, The pool was horribly disgusting and I seen roaches everywhere.

  While your location was good. Your price is ridiculous. You charged $112 while your hotel isn't worth it. Its $50 for a nite. Your rooms are extremely old. Your tvs are early 2000 box flat tvs, was messing up all night. Your entire hotel needs major up grades. Your outside pool has major paint chips broken and we cut our feet in the very low water you had in the sorry pool. Very filthy. Your over priced hotel with sorry conditions isn't recommended. People need to run and not stay here. Its only a 50 nite. Yes close to Atlanta. But, I should have traveled to the next exit to wyndham hotel cost was either the same with clean accommodations. Only plus, customer service. This was a waste of $234 for 2 nites just to go to a concert

  Well. Here's how we ended up at the Best Western Acworth. Our other attempts at hotels weren't working due to price, or location etc. Another Best Western, IN ANOTHER CITY, we had attempted to reserve, they somehow stopped our reservation from working online. We called them and they wanted $120 more than the price listed online when we tried to reserve. That is a DIFFERENT STORY and NOT THIS HOTEL REVIEW. HERE is the review of ACWORTH Best Western. It was after midnight and we had to travel due to an emergency. I walked in and mentioned this, but, it didn't seem to matter much. So, I said do you have rooms? Yes! So, I was told $100( for double beds), then charged $107. He had said it would be $90 + taxes which would come out to $100. I said my wife had the Best Western Rewards account and sent her in to pay. Apparently he didn't ask my wife for the account. She mentioned it after paying. He asked for email and phone number so he could give reward points.[REVIEW *EDITED/UPDATED* for REWARD POINTS ONLY. Points were finally received over a week later, but WERE received]. We were given a $100 incidental hold even though on Best Western site it says "Please note an incidental hold of 75 USD will be applied to all rooms at check in". There was a small amount of fecal matter in the toilet when we got in the room. How? Pillows were SUPER SMALL and very thin. The double bed mattress was OK, but not really comfortable. We had to use the pillows from both beds put on ours to make it more comfortable. The pool looked horribly worn and peeling, but that didn't matter as there was no water in it anyway. The website says pool open seasonally until September....I guess August is the new September. The door frame to the room had leakage of light and air. It was possible for someone to POTENTIALLY look into the room from the outside. The TV remote was BROKE and I had to consistently put the top piece back on and HOLD IT with one hand, and use the other to change channels. Having ARTHRITIS made this more difficult. Took forever after waiting and pushing the button to get checked out. The room looked fairly modern. When we finally got checked out the attendant asked how our stay was, my wife stated "I wouldn't stay here again". He didn't comment, even though he asked and my wife answered. I guess he's used to that answer anyway maybe...... The only really good thing was the location to I-75.

  ⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Unprofessional and Unsanitary My experience here was extremely disappointing The toilet in my room was not working when I arrived. I reported the issue, but instead of moving me to another room, the front desk employee plunged the toilet. He then rinsed the plunger off in the bathtub, where there were already fecal particles/residue that were not mine. The front desk employee pj was extremely disrespectful and verbally abusive toward me. He called me vulgar names, including racial slurs and derogatory comments about my race. The police were called regarding the situation. The sanitation was unacceptable, and the way I was treated was completely unprofessional. A hotel room should be clean, sanitary, and safe, and this experience was far from that. Sanitation: 0/10 Customer service: 0/10 Professionalism: 0/10 I will never stay here again and would strongly encourage management to address the sanitation issues and the conduct of the front desk staff.
