    Beds are promoted as queen size but they are actually full size, the attendant at the front (his name is PJ) was very rude, my husband asked for more waffle batter, not even for himself but for another guess because he thought the machine ran out, the attendant came screaming at him in front of all other guests, opened the machine to show that the machine still has some left, and show my husband and ridicule him in front of everyone, very bad service, embarrassing!!

    Pool was filthy, rooms dirty, and room was not handicap accessible. My mom was coming out the room and hit a ridge/ lip in the door way and flipped backwards in her wheelchair. She busted her head open when she fell and had to get 4 staples in her head. Only one house keeper came to help. The others laughed at her and made fun of her. The house keeper that helped called the manager and no one ever came to check on her even though blood was everywhere and it happened in their property. Will never stay here again only giving 2 stars because the one house keeper was helpful and the only one concerned for my Mom's well being.

    This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The problems started at check-in, where the front desk employee was incredibly rude and argumentative, even though my reservation had already been paid for. Instead of a smooth check-in, I was treated like I was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, it only got worse once we got to the room. The room felt dirty from the moment we walked in. The shower was filthy, the toilet was gross, and the carpet was heavily stained and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. I genuinely did not feel comfortable showering or even staying in the room because of how unclean everything felt. The property itself also felt unsafe. There were people wandering around outside yelling and hanging around the property, which made us uncomfortable throughout our stay. Between the rude staff, the filthy room, and the overall feeling of being unsafe, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I would not stay at this Best Western again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or welcoming place to stay.

    I'm in town for business and tried checking in with a Corporate Lodging Card, but I was told I needed to pay a deposit??? I've been traveling for business for almost 30 years using CLC and I've never once been asked for money up front. It smelled like a scam, and I decided to leave and stay somewhere nicer that didn't have a deposit. I could imagine maybe having a deposit if it was a nice hotel, but this was a dumpy motel and definitely wasn't worth $100, let alone a deposit. I've also noted this in our corporate records so that this motel is NOT on our list of businesses we accommodate.

    Currently in the room. Asked front desk manager, PJ, for an extra blanket. No was his final answer. I have two on the two beds that came in the room and I have two people is what I was told. And then he said he doesn't have a key for laundry. And then he says I should have asked when paying for the room. Anyway a terrible interaction. I called corporate, they tried to call him at the office 3 times, he did not answer. So they spoke to PJ over my speakerphone. They could not resolve this. They made a ticket. So if you would like an extra blanket, ask for it when you arrive, or bring your own. Because they could care less about how comfortable your stay is. The shower is molded. Corporate took note. Mold pics are posted on trip advisor review. Hopefully it will be cleaned and disinfected before the next guest. Update: The general manager is now falsely claiming in their response that I didn't book the room for 2. I have email receipts showing the room booked online for 2 adults. I will post the screen shots on all review pages available.
