  The General Manager at staybridge was super professional along with their staff, Vicki, Lily, Trish and All of the staff there really were attentive and kind, always looking to make sure we are comfortable. My family and I enjoy our 2 day stay over the weekend for our first time to Legoland so much, that we booked an extra day for both the park and for staybridge, knowing we would be taken care of. Yes, staybridge played a heavy part in the reason we stayed for another day. They offer a peaceful Breakfast, a peaceful atmosphere with a peaceful parking lot in a beautiful area with a lot of nature and scenery around the area to drive along with the children and enjoy our time together where we have never been before. Clean rooms and clean service. We felt welcomed our whole stay across this bridge, thank you for being there for our first trip outside of broward as a family of 5.

  This was our second time staying here, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. We stayed in a One-Bedroom Suite, which was perfect for our family and gave us plenty of space to relax and unwind. It was so nice to see that Vicki is still part of the team. Her customer service is truly second to none. She even personally came up to our room to bring us something we needed. She is always so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. We were also assisted by Tyler, Nilda, and Dalan, and each of them provided excellent customer service. It’s clear that this hotel values hospitality and making guests feel welcome. One thing that really stood out was the attention to guests’ needs. On Saturday morning, breakfast only included pork sausage. When I asked the manager if they happened to have turkey sausage, she kindly offered to cook some for me. Then on Sunday morning, they already had both pork and turkey sausage available at breakfast. That level of attentiveness and willingness to listen to guests was truly impressive and greatly appreciated. Everyone, from the front desk staff to housekeeping, was friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, exceptionally clean, and offers amenities that many hotels don’t, including guest washers and dryers and a very clean fitness center. Whenever we come to Winter Haven for basketball tournaments, this is the only place we will stay. Thank you to the entire staff for another great stay. May God continue to bless each of you! 🙏🏽🏀✨

  I will say, the room was very good! It was very clean and updated. I was initially planning on giving them a great review after seeing the room. Next morning I went down to continental breakfast about 50 minutes before they closed down. I waited for about 15 minutes with very few options. Bananas looked horrible, little fruit, no bakery items other than a few bagels and bread. Mentioned this to the front desk attendant on duty. It really didn’t seem like my experience mattered. I’ll probably go back to the Marriott property in town.
