  Due to a house issue, my mom needed a place to stay in the middle of the night. I was able to call the Winter Haven Staybridge Suites and make all of the arrangements for her, also sharing with the the staff that she was very stressed with the situation and worried about safety alone in the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind to her, taking extra steps to share more about security at the hotel and how to use the key to enter her room and engage the privacy latch. Thus, my mom felt very safe and comfortable. She said the room was immaculate and she enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

  I had a great experience at this hotel. It was very clean and very comfortable and friendly BUT!!! I saw there was two different charges into my credit card two different dates and two different amounts not what I was told I was going to get charged for. I called and spoke to VICKY at the front desk who was very unhelpful and told me she didn’t know what to tell me, that she will need to call me back or have a manager call me back she was too busy handling other customers and not willing to help me. She was very unprofessional. When I gave her the information she said she would have to look into the account and all the details and she just didn’t have the time to do so at the moment. Very unprofessional. I told her that they had charged me 100 as a deposit that would be refunded and this has not yet been refunded. There was no damages as I too work for a cleaning company so I also do leave things as I find them when i leave because I too understand that being considerate of other cleaning businesses is my priority. She refused to help me. I was definitely going to recommend this place but now I’m not so sure I should if this is the kind of customer service they provide. I hope to hear back from management otherwise I will make sure to make this go viral.

  Great place to stay would have given 5 stars, except pool was closed. We had children with us that were looking forward to using pool would have been nice if we were told the pool was closed before making reservation Very disappointed

  First time visiting a staybridge Suites location this one was exceptional very clean, rooms luxurious, staff kind and personable as well as attentive. Location was great many different eateries to choose from, gas , charging stations and grocery stores near by. It was a wonderful stay and I will stay again and definitely recommend to others to stay as well you will not be disappointed.

  We found this hotel to be an excellent place to stay in Winter Haven. The suite met all of our expectations. The included breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food selections and was kept well stocked. Monday thru Wednesday offered free happy hours of beer, wine and hors d'oeuvers. We loved the proximity of this hotel to the downtown area which had some interesting shops and some good restaurants. The cities "green space" was directly across the street which gave you easy access to a lovely walk. If you stay there, be sure to visit the antique shop next door as it is a trip through nostalgia.
