We’re here for another round of Legoland park and honestly the best thing about this place is the park. I am solo with 2 kids an 8 yr old and a 1 yr old. The hotel itself is great for the kids and the entertainment is ok, could be better. However, the rooms are in need of a major facelift. We stayed in an adventure suite and the rooms are filthy. The carpets smell terrible, everything is dusty and it’s time Legoland, get rid of the of the carpets once and for all! My allergies are on fire! My skin is crawling, it’s gross. We’ve been coming to Legoland for years and it’s just getting worse and worse. Our daily clean didn’t even bother to vacuum our room, forgot to leave fresh towels, hair in our shower, toilet wasn’t flushing( I fixed myself). Two nights max is all I can take of this place. Valet was very friendly, and front desk staff was very friendly. Nicole at shipwreck was amazing. And the pajama party is hit with the kids.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay.
First of all, the rooms were very dirty, with dust everywhere. For the price we paid, cleanliness should have been a basic standard.
The worst part happened late at night when we finally returned to our room, exhausted and ready to sleep, only to discover that the bed sheets were wet. I went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. I was told that the manager would come to my room, but no one showed up. I had to go back downstairs a second time. When the manager finally came, instead of resolving the situation, she simply handed me clean sheets and told me that I would have to change the bed myself.
This is completely unacceptable. I have never paid $1,400 for a hotel stay and received such poor accommodations and such terrible customer service. We expected a clean room and professional service, but received neither.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will definitely never return.

Terrible. Health hazard!!! Do not stay here. Rooms are wet and the mildew smell cannot be ignored. You’ll get sick if you stay here. We had to leave without a refund and the manager, Jessie, was unhelpful stating he couldn’t provide a refund but give us a credit for a future stay. We will not be coming back so that was unhelpful. For our first visit to Legoland this was a bummer. All we asked for was a clean room without mildew smell and wet sheets and floors. Asked for a dehumidifier but he said he couldn’t provide that because it takes a long time to dehumidify a room. We offered to stay out of the room for an extended period of time and he still refused. Only offer was new sheets, and a credit for future stay. So disappointed in this first time experience. We should have known better from the other reviews warning us. Don’t make the same mistake. Avoid paying $1k for a terrible experience. I want to cry because my son was so excited about this. Not cool.
