Just amazing for anyone of any age to enjoy. It's so kid friendly and safe, there are employees everywhere and so friendly. And the themed rooms are just fantastic. My family stayed in The Logo Movie suite and the details are great.

We stayed at the LEGOLAND Florida Resort for three nights in a Kingdom-themed room (one king bed with a separate kids’ area that included bunk beds and a trundle). When we arrived, we immediately noticed some dusty areas around the hotel, which matches other reviews I’ve seen. The lobby can also get very loud, with lots of excited kids running around, so it’s worth knowing if you have a child who gets overstimulated easily. One feature I really appreciated was having two elevator options: a fun disco elevator with music and lights, or a quiet elevator without them. The kids loved the LEGO scavenger hunt in the room. After solving it, they unlocked a safe that included two juice boxes, LEGO magazines, and two LEGO minifigure building packs. The shower also has a retractable clothesline, which was great for drying swimsuits. The toilet had two different sized toilet seats, one for toddlers and a regular adult sized one. There was also a stool under the sink for smaller kids to reach to wash hands. The hotel hosts a nightly pajama party at 7:30 p.m. which my daughter enjoyed. They also offer s’mores, but we found out it’s only available if you prepay, so keep that in mind. There are two pools available for hotel guests, each with floating LEGO bricks for building. They’re only about 4 feet deep, but shaded seating was very limited. Even during a slower time, we couldn’t get an umbrella. Our kids weren’t crazy about them. Overall, I’d say I’m on the fence about staying here again… I didn’t love it, but I didn’t hate it either.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel and with all of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the hosts and waitresses to the customer service team. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was amazing! The breakfast buffet was excellent, and all of the restaurants inside the hotel served delicious meals. Our whole family especially loved the buffet experience, and my kids enjoyed it very much. We also had a fantastic time visiting LEGOLAND, Peppa Pig Theme Park, and the LEGOLAND Water Park. The water park was not overly crowded, which made the experience even better. The wait times for attractions were very reasonable, and having the Gold Pass made our visit even more enjoyable. We are already looking forward to coming back, exploring more attractions, and creating more special family memories. I would also like to mention a situation that was handled exceptionally well by customer service. I purchased a reservation at a restaurant without realizing it was located inside the park. When we went down to the hotel lobby for dinner, we learned that the restaurant had already closed because the park was closed. After contacting customer service and explaining my mistake, they kindly refunded the reservation cost. I was very grateful for their understanding and assistance. LEGOLAND’s customer service is truly 10 out of 10. Thank you to everyone who helped make our family’s trip so memorable!

We booked two rooms at the Pirate Island Hotel. The pirate-themed rooms and wallpaper looked fantastic and were very appealing for kids. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. As soon as we entered our rooms, there was a strong musty, sulfur-like odor that seemed to be coming from standing water or the drains. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The corners of the floors were covered with dirt and dust, and the walls had visible dust buildup. The worst part was behind the kids' bunk beds, where my children were supposed to sleep. The area was covered in thick dust and grime. There is also a pirate map with an LED-lit frame behind the master bed, and the area around it was one of the filthiest parts of the room. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I've had—even compared to inexpensive roadside motels. After the first night, both my spouse and I woke up with stuffy noses and itchy skin, and I had to take allergy medication. Spending two nights in those conditions after paying premium prices was incredibly disappointing. I felt extremely sad and upset that my family had to stay in such an unclean room. The poor housekeeping completely overshadowed what should have been a fun family trip to LEGOLAND. To make matters worse, I was charged for two parking fees—one for each room. I'm still waiting for management to refund one of those charges. If you're driving and booking multiple rooms, be sure to check your receipt carefully. The park itself was fun for my children, and one positive was that we waited no more than 10 minutes for any ride, including the Galactic Coaster. However, the park could also benefit from better housekeeping. We noticed dust and cobwebs around several LEGO displays, which took away from the overall experience. The hotel pool was also disappointing. There were lots of leaves, dead bugs floating in the water, and the pool appeared dirty. The complimentary breakfast and dining at the hotel restaurant were average at best. Overall, this LEGOLAND location could greatly benefit from improved housekeeping and attention to cleanliness throughout both the hotel and the park. We paid premium prices expecting a clean, comfortable family experience, but instead found dirty, poorly maintained facilities. While the kids enjoyed the attractions, the poor cleanliness and lack of attention to maintenance completely overshadowed our stay. Unfortunately, this experience seriously damaged my trust in the hotel, and we will not be returning.

Yes, kids love legoland. The hotel is another story. They brag about how easy it is to check in and what they should be saying is we will let you do all the work for yourself. They charged my card for any "miscellaneous" $200. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and have never had them charge me for nothing and promise to give it back later. Every other hotel takes you credit card info and will charge it if necessary. You will pay a price of a nice hotel but the rooms are terrible. Yes they have wallpaper and carpet that are themed. On the room there is no dresser to unpack your luggage so don't plan on staying more than one day. There is no couch or chairs in the room so don't plan on sitting in your room. We stayed over to see the fireworks. The stadium they sat us in and most of the fireworks could not be seen from there. We had to get up an leave the designated area just to see the show. They have zero people movers. So be ready for a 20-30 minute walk to the water park with your child. Prices in the park rivals Disney. As I said the kids don't know how poorly this park is run, they will still love it. Photo is of the bottom of our bed. When the bed was installed they couldn't be bothered to remove the packaging around the wood base. Now it is peeling but no one cares. For the price, I will be going to Disney from now on. .
