The rooms are too small. There’s no TV in the kids room. The food is nasty at the sand castle and I got charged for something. I don’t even know for.

Only bad thing our rooms refrigerator wasn't working the whole 3 days we were there and me being diabetic and 9 an a half hours from home I didn't have a way to keep my insulin cold and made me sick when I tried to eat due to it being hot plus no way to keep our drinks or snacks cold.also told the house keepers and they did nothing about it.

We were extremely disappointed. The facility lacks of basic features such as hand soap in the bathroom, front desk, outdoor seats. Some of the staff members were rude, especially in the pool. They didn't allow kids to do ANYTHING inside the pool. Someone hit our car in the middle of the night, and they lady in charge told us they needed a police report in order to check the surveilance cameras. We are not coming back to this place!!!

Overall the place was great for our family. We took our 6 year old and he loved it. We stayed 3 nights and had tickets for 2 days at the park. The shuttle was great to get back and forth and your parking fee for each day could be for both sides- either the beach resort or park at LegoLand for the day. The breakfast was included, was AYCE, and was pretty good! Supper was good at the beach resort and the second night we ate at the LegoLand hotel and stayed for the PJ party. WOW was it rowdy. Glad we stayed at the beach resort for a little quieter vibe. The pool was great, the rooms were small, but had everything you need. The king size bed was super comfy and the bunks had a trundle to fit 3 kids easily even though we just had one. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled like oranges and was not the best quality, but I’m glad there was something at least. The mini fridge kept freezing our items and couldn’t figure out how to turn it down, but it was fine. There is a Publix within walking distance, so you could get snacks, drinks and all that if needed. We weren’t in the room a lot, but it was great to be at the resort and have the experience. Wish we would have used the amenities/pool on the other side at the hotel, but next time! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Wish there was rug or a broom in the room to wipe your feet to keep the sand off the floors. We definitely would recommend for a fun and memorable vacation for your Lego loving kiddo!
