  I’m having an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. The vibe is so modern, clean, and welcoming—I couldn’t have asked for more. The breakfast is fantastic, and Kim at the front desk has been a superstar—so warm, helpful, and attentive. Both the kids and I are loving it, and honestly, I wish this hotel existed everywhere we travel. Highly, highly recommend!

  First and foremost, the rooms were great. Zero complaints there, the room was clean and looked brand new. I've waited a week to contemplate whether or not I wanted to write this, but the more I think about it the more it bothers me. I came here for a birthday trip for my two small children. We went to legoland and checked in after the park closed. My husband, who is overseas serving our country in Korea, used his credit card to book our trip. I went up to the counter and the woman working asked for my credit card, I thought this was purely for incidentals until I saw the total. Naturally, I was confused, because it was booked with another card. So, I asked the woman why the other card wasn't being used and explained the situation. Instead of understanding, she proceeds to roll her eyes and look throughly annoyed that I'm sitting here asking questions. So i had to step away, call my husband in Korea (it was 2am there btw) and have him send me the money so it was on my card. It didn't come instantly (again, overseas) and my children and I had to wait in the lobby humiliated at the entire situation. Then comes check out time. We were too tired to use the pool the previous night, so I figured we'd take advantage in the morning. Well, turns out check out is 11am but the pool doesn't open until 10. So I figured I'd ask if we could check out, but use the pool. A woman at the front desk (different from the woman the previous evening) looked like i was asking for a million dollars. I didn't think it was an insane request, considering that plenty of other hotels have zero problem with it. She proceeds to go talk to what I presume was the manager and he was okay with it. She then comes back and acts like she just got me the deal of a lifetime and tells me that reviews go a long way. She gave me a key card to go in and out, but it didn't even work. A worker had to let us out. From other reviews with the same issues, it does not appear they take these issues seriously. We're not tourists by the way, we live locally, this was just a treat for the kids. Hotel 10/10 Staff (minus the housekeeper) 1/10

  Very very good place to stay... Two counter employees ready to take care of all customers.... They were very friendly and ready to help... Gave them my name my ID very quick and simple, asked me a few short questions gave me my keys, then directed me where to go.... Place is 100% neat organized well taken care of inside and outside.... Breakfast buffet downstairs was very good with a good variety of items to choose from from kids to adults....
