  We checked in late at night. The front desk lady was very friendly and polite. The room was clean and included a microwave. The shampoo and conditioner were a pleasant surprise—definitely higher quality than those at most hotels. We only stayed the night and checked out in the morning. The breakfast was good. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly.

  Well this was my 2nd time staying there, first time the tub did not drain so after a shower there was about 4 inches of dirty water I was standing in. 2nd stay the top cover smelled so bad I slept in the other bed but then noticed that it looked like someone "a guy" nutted on the wall next to the bed. I posted pics you be the judge. I was told the manager would be giving me a call but never did so now the world can see. Zoom in under the picture on the wall!

  I would like to recognize an outstanding employee, Kristal, who was working in the laundry department during our stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites last night. My husband, children, and I arrived at the hotel, and as any parent knows, traveling with kids can sometimes be overwhelming. Kristal immediately stepped in to help make our experience easier and more enjoyable. She assisted us with getting to our room, helped with our children, and even went out of her way to bring us extra blankets and pillows when we needed them. Kristal's kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly made a difference during our stay. She went above and beyond her job duties to make our family feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued as guests. Her positive attitude and genuine care for others did not go unnoticed. Employees like Kristal are the reason guests return. We are extremely grateful for her exceptional customer service and wanted to make sure her hard work and dedication were recognized. Thank you, Kristal, for making our stay such a pleasant experience.

  I stayed at three different Holiday Express hotels this month. This was by far the best! Shout out to Cathy at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful.

  Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct by Manager To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your Holiday Inn location involving an employee who identified herself as Tammy and claimed to be the manager. During my stay, I witnessed extremely unprofessional behavior when a guest politely approached Tammy for assistance. Rather than offering help in a courteous manner, she responded with a rude and dismissive attitude. She rolled her eyes, appeared irritated by the request, and made the guest feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service should be a top priority in the hospitality industry, and her behavior fell far below acceptable standards. In addition to her poor attitude, Tammy's appearance did not reflect the professionalism expected of someone representing management. Her hair appeared messy and unkempt, and her overall appearance seemed inappropriate for a manager interacting with guests. Combined with her negative demeanor, it created a very poor impression of the hotel. What was most concerning was the overall atmosphere she created through her actions. Her attitude came across as ignorant, disrespectful, and completely lacking in customer care. Guests should never feel as though they are a burden when asking for assistance. Because of this experience, I can honestly say that I will never choose to stay at this Holiday Inn again. The level of customer service displayed by someone claiming to be a manager was unacceptable and has completely damaged my confidence in this property. I strongly urge management to investigate this matter and take appropriate action. Potential guests deserve to know about experiences like this so they can make informed decisions when choosing where to stay. Based on my experience, I would caution others about staying at this location if this is the level of service they can expect.
