  Staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. Room was clean & stocked. Bed was extremely comfortable 😌 and the pool was open even moment I was awake while I was there & it was like a little enclosed sanctuary away from the busy city right outside the walls. I rarely review hotel stays but this one was deserving in the best ways. (Breakfast left something to be desired, although something different was cooked everyday).

  The staff at the front desk are not friendly, I got soaked going to the room as there was no outdoor protection. The room was stark, dank and smelled a bit musty. For $192.00, I would stay elsewhere !!

  When I first arrived didn't feel too welcoming but once I engaged with her she was nice and accommodating. Bathrooms small. And need updating. There is no elevators for 2nd floor so we had to lug 3 large suitcases upstairs. Some rowdy guest Breakfast was "mid" but complimentary.(Great) The pool is open till 9pm & being that we landed late the kids jumped right in. That made everything else not even matter.

  I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. Very clean and well lit. Pool area clean and relaxing. Dated but appropriately placed. Felt comfortable. Room was clean except the bed spread had some black marks on it? Breakfast and amenities all worked well. The thing that surprised me was the staff. Not a single smile out of any of them. None were rude but not a single smile or welcome. It was really strange. The next day, same thing. Bizarre. Other than that, I would stay again. Hopefully the staff are treated well by their employer.

  Not sure why there are so many low reviews because my stay was great. It was a bit expensive but cheaper than others around. Breakfast was 10/10 delicious 🤌🏼 the pillows in the room sucked 4/10, and the bathroom should have a vent and small 6/10. Besides that our stay was very good. The staff was not rude. The entrance area for whatever reason smelled a little funky like cigarette smoke but the room did not smell at all. Check in and check out was a breeze. The pool area is so cute. Location is great right near the outlets. I would stay here again but not for the same price.
