  Ladar made our stay so pleasant, she was kind, caring, and even bakes cookies for the guests. This location is old, but the rooms do not feel extremely outdated. They are clean, spacious, and have all the things you'll need for a travel home base (blowdryer, small fridge, microwave, iron, a desk for working, plenty of outlets, closet space). We will be back when we need to stay in West Palm Beach again. It is also very close to the outlet malls and the only local Red Robin location. The breakfast is great, varies daily, and we loved not having to cook or worry about the first meal of the day.

  The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Miss Ladonn is an amazing person as well as the other hospitality staff. The pool area is equipped with so many ways to keep entertained.

  We booked online and prepaid for our room. Upon us checking in we had to put a $100 deposit which was not advertised when we booked our room online. This wasn’t a huge deal we just didn’t know. Our room was extremely disappointing. The ac despite being set to 60 degrees was extremely warm. It did not cool down at all. Our shower did not get hot so we also had to take a cold shower. Checkout wasn’t until 12 however we had the cleaning lady at our door at 10am. I would not recommend this place unless all you’re looking for is a place to lay your head to sleep and nothing more.

  I walked past here because I had to walk to target to get a portable jump starter at like 7:30pm (they did not have it and their isles are very unclear smh lol)
