  We were in town for a softball tournament. We had booked at a different hotel, but upon arrival, our room had black mold among other things, so we had to find six rooms ASAP for our team's families and ourselves. Most hotels were completely full. We found this hotel and the manager bent over backwards to ensure we all had a safe, clean place to stay. The hotel is relatively new, very clean, offered a nice breakfast and outdoor pool area. But what set this apart from anywhere else was the service. The manager empathized with our difficult situation, offered solutions to our needs, and continued to check in on us throughout our weeklong stay. Should we return to the area, this hotel will be out first choice.

  The girl at the desk informed me she was giving me a different room than what was assigned because she felt it would be better for us. I'm guessing she thought one of us was in a wheelchair. We're both on walkers. But we were given a wheelchair shower rather than handicap accessible shower. The difference being is the one we normally get has the low step in and glass shower doors and the wheelchair accessible is completely open with a curtain shower chair etc. Possibly because we asked for a shower chair because my husband and I both need one. Anyway she was very nice and she was doing it for us although that was not what we needed but didn't know it yet. We didn't quite understand the room at first but finally it dawned on us that yes this was a wheelchair room and plenty of room to get around in. That turned out to be very nice. The TV was quite large and we love that. It was very clean everything was very clean except the microwave. It definitely was nasty but the manager immediately showed up took it away and brought us he said a new one I don't know but it was incredibly clean and we were very happy. He was such a nice person. The front desk staff was fantastic. We were greeted by two young girls at check in and they were both great. The one young girl checked us out she was so nice. There was a young boy who helped us out with coffee pods etc and just as pleasant as could be. It was a very nice place very nice staff. The food was pretty bland as usual but at least it was warm. No cinnamon rolls the first day because too many kids. Too many kids equals the adults don't get anything sweet. LOL it was a very nice stay and I highly recommend it.

  Great hotel for the money! We relocated here from another hotel after a terrible experience, and Holiday Inn took care of us with no problems at all. The guy at the front desk was amazing and helped us the best he could. Very friendly and professional service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the AC was working really good, which is very important in Florida. The breakfast was honestly great too. After such a stressful situation at the previous hotel, this place gave us a real 5-star experience. Highly recommend!

  Warning: Don't stay here , Room attendant stands around in dirty rooms on her cell phone. Also they scam you out of money by telling you it's ok to change reservation then double charge you. Been waiting for a refund over a month now. Terrible. I've included phone records to prove the manager is a liar when he says I made reservations with corporate. I booked directly and never called corporate till this happened.
