    On July 18, 2026, We found 3 termites in room 201. Loaded them into AI for identification. They are a termite swarm as I suspected from my days in pest control at Brandon. The young lady moved us to room 217 and offered us free things from the bar for pests that were in the pillow cases near our ears and could have entered our ears and killed us. Not acceptable, unprofessional, and will not go unnoticed. No one should have to endure this at this institution that used to take pride in service to its consumers. We will contact your corporate office to ensure others will be aware to pull back sheets and check pillow cases when traveling to this location.

    Very satisfied with our stay. Daily room cleaning is something you rarely find in any hotel these days, so we were pleasantly surprised to have clean sheets/towels every day. Breakfast boasted a variety of food as well as fresh-ground coffee and the dining area was always clean. As a family that grows tired of the constant barking, shed hair, and general annoyance of most dogs we truly appreciate the no-pet policy at this hotel. All the staff were friendly, but we were really blown away by the welcoming attitude and overall friendliness of Octavia and Ashley at the reception desk. It was an incredibly nice experience all around

    As a IGH member for years , I tried to book a hotel room at this hotel in Wesley Chapel at 12:30 AM July 18 and the guy who answered the phone would not let me book. He said I had to wait until 3 PM.!! Never been treated that way from a Holiday Inn ever. He was short and rude.

    Patrick and Octavia have been so great to deal with! Patrick is a great front desk employee who goes above and beyond for the guest. The manager and Octavia was also very sweet and helpful. Overall very clean hotel with great guest experience!
