  Stayed here for 3 nights while in town working. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time and I travel 8 months a year. The staff were amazing, front desk and breakfast staff were so accommodating. The breakfast was one of the better IHG ones I’ve had. The room was nice and clean. They had free snacks and a beer or wine in the evenings on Monday through Wednesday. I highly recommend staying here. The price you pay for the value you receive is excellent.

  Can I just say that the hotel worker Ozzy was absolutely amazing?! He was positive, diligent and so kind and helpful. His upbeat spirit and energy is more than an asset to your establishment. He deserves a raise. He is an employee you should do anything to keep. Thank you Ozzy for being you!!

  Responding to the guy who complained about the last at the front desk. You were very rude to her. You should have done your research and would have known there is no casino around here. The closest is hard rock in Hollywood. To Managment, the front desk lady did nothing wrong, that guy was a jerk. She is very pleasant and hotel stay so far is excellent.

  I booked this hotel through Priceline Express Deals because it was advertised as a casino hotel. I specifically wanted a casino hotel about an hour from where I was staying so I could have a fun night. When I arrived, it was not a casino hotel at all. The front desk agent (Rose) was unhelpful from the start. I waited roughly five minutes at the desk with no acknowledgment or apology when she finally appeared. When I asked about the casino, she said they weren’t one and asked “who said that?” I told her Priceline listed them that way. I called Priceline and spent about 25 minutes on the phone while they tried to get the hotel to cancel the reservation. The hotel refused because I had already checked in. While on hold I walked to the gas station next door and showed her a map search that still listed the property as a casino. At that point I’d only been in the building about 25 minutes total. I then asked to cancel the second night I had booked. She gave me a dirty look but agreed to cancel it. I felt very uncomfortable staying after that interaction, so I left. I preferred to waste the money rather than stay somewhere I was made to feel like a problem for simply asking why the listing didn’t match reality. Both Google and Priceline still present this place as a casino hotel. That mismatch, combined with the dismissive treatment at the front desk, left a bad taste. If you have a choice, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Guests shouldn’t be treated like second-class citizens just for asking straightforward questions about the property.

  Our stay started with a slight delay, as the room was not ready even though we arrived after the scheduled check-in time. The staff needed additional time to deodorize the room because the previous guest had clearly smoked in it. That was the only negative part of the stay, and it was obviously not the hotel’s fault. Aside from that, the hotel was immaculate. Staff were constantly taking care of small details, whether it was touching up scuffs on the walls, repainting areas in the parking lot, or making sure the property stayed in excellent condition. You could also tell there was an appropriate number of staff for the number of guests, which made the service feel attentive and well managed. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel honestly felt more like a higher-end property than one in this price range. This was easily one of the best hotel stays I have had at this price point, largely because of the exceptional staff. Whoever is responsible for hiring and training the team is doing an outstanding job. The staff were all completely on point and made the entire stay that much better. I would give the staff six stars if I could..
