  Checked in at 10pm and the room had a moldy smell. When I took my shoes off you could feel the moisture in the carpet and on the bed also. This is the absolute worst holiday inn I have ever stayed at and I’m a diamond elite member. I do not recommend staying here. After reading a few reviews apparently I’m not the only one to have this issue. I think the ac was leaking into the carpet.

  The young man at front desk on 8/10 went over and above to help us check in early. We have stayed here a few times now and everyone we have dealt with has been outstanding. We come all the way from Alabama and we will continue staying here. The prices are great, breakfast is good and fresh and all the staff are so friendly and polite not to mention the rooms are clean and comfy. Scott and Cheryl Lyons

  No sirve no se queden en este hotel huele a humedad no ay higiene y cucarachas por todos lados , los colchones son viejos , los baños viejos y con poca iluminación.

  We rented a room and was a late arrival. When we got to the hotel, the person at the desk told us our room was waiting and she had just been up there to turn the air conditioner on. We walked into the room and it felt like a swamp cooler. Everything was damp, smelled damp and felt damp. We also noticed there was mold up on the ceiling in many spots. I went in, contacted the front desk and unfortunately every single room was sold out and I told him that was fine for tonight, but we definitely needed a new room for the rest of the week which was how long we were staying. The next morning I met with Josh. I explained the situation and he was already aware due to the note left by the night staff. As soon as another room is ready, he moved us. He walked us up, showed us the new room, and also looked at the old room. He agreed that that room was unacceptable and that we should have never been placed in it. I discussed with him the cleaning staff and the fact that this room should’ve been reported a long time ago and he agreed. Although we were not offered a credit for the night, we did ask for one several days later while still there. Josh was kind enough to speak with the management and give us a credit for the one night stay which we truly appreciate. Josh was very professional very understanding and sympathetic. We thank you

  The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was cleanly and the continual breakfast was well kept and stocked. Super thankful for our stay with the location and what we needed. The pool was fun too, nothing crazy but did what it needed for swim time.
