  Dining out has always been a challenge for me because I have several severe food allergies. Peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and citrus are in so many foods, and most restaurants either can't guarantee there won't be cross-contamination or aren't able to confirm what's in processed ingredients. That was absolutely not the case this evening. My family and I had dinner at The Wind & Waves Grill at Disney's Vero Beach Resort, and when I say they went above and beyond for me, I truly mean it. For the first time in what feels like forever, I was able to relax and enjoy one of the best meals I've ever had. Every bite was full of incredible flavor, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our waitress, Muriel R, Chef Kyle, who personally came to our table to discuss my allergies, Christian, who made sure our bread was safe, and Heather, Alexis, and Lizzie, and their Leader Lynn who all worked together to ensure every single bite was safe and perfect. Your kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made an experience that is usually filled with stress into one filled with joy. It meant more than you know. Kudos to the entire team for making our family feel welcome, safe, and cared for. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend The Wind & Waves Grill to anyone, especially those with food allergies. Thank you for making an unforgettable evening possible.

  We didn't stay at the resort, but went for the Disney character breakfast. From the security personnel, to the the staff inside, we were welcomed, and our 4 year old daughter felt special. The food was stellar. We'll definitely plan a stay here, next time we come.

  The majority of the trip to vero disney is very pleasant. But its very obvious they are trying to discourage cash use by how they sideline it. And the explicitly were double charging for a drink in the common shop while having a vending machine with half the prices that tells you cash works when it does not work. The only way to buy is with a card and its accompanying fee

  Wonderful experience overall at Disney’s Vero Beach. It feels much more personalized as cast members remember who you are and do many more small things to make your visit special. From the front desk to the restaurant and even the security guard station. Super super friendly people. Only slightly disappointing thing was the room though. For such high monthly maintenance fees, the rotting bathroom door and yellowing towels with holes was a surprise. We also arrived to a room not turned over well as we found food under the covers and an AC that wouldn’t cool. I will say this was quickly remediated though which I wasn’t expecting at 10pm so that was very much appreciated. So we loved it and will be back! Best Disney DVC resort experience in over 25 years! Can’t believe we waited so long to visit.

  Great but they do not give Disney Vocation Club members discount at the grab and go store near the pool!
